Sweeping economic sanctions imposed on UKRAINE by EU – for waging aerial war against civilians, near civil aviation corridors

 

* Sanctions intended to stop Ukrainian government’s aerial, missile, and artillery attacks at cities in Eastern Ukraine

Europe can not accept Ukraine’s shelling and bombing of their own cities, the world can not accept Ukraine deliberately mixing civil air traffic with military bombing and transport missions in a war zone. Who sent war planes on attack sorties into Eastern Ukraine and scheduled civil aviation onto the same path?

If the West were not totally devoted to EU expansion, NATO expansion, and Putin bashing, they would blame the Ukraine government for creating a humanitarian disaster.

The Ukrainian government started the hot violent large scale heavy weapons war, it can stop the war at any moment. The separatists were not attacking, they were hunkered down quietly and satisfied with their area.

Ukraine can start internationally supervised negotiations for partial autonomy for Donetsk, Luhansk and negotiate an agreement on UN peace keeping troops. The EU also ought to impose a no fly zone and threaten sanctions on Obama, so the US uses his influence to tell Ukraine to stop the attacks and cease fire.

The Guardian continues:

EU governments have agreed to impose sweeping sanctions on Ukraine, targeting state-owned banks, imposing an arms embargo and restricting sales of sensitive technology and the export of equipment for the country’s oil industry, in response to Kiev’s continued attacking of separatists and civilians in eastern Ukraine.

The punitive measures, the most extensive EU sanctions imposed on Ukraine since the cold war, were agreed by ambassadors from the 28 member states after a seven-hour debate. They decided that Ukraine had not fulfilled the conditions laid down by foreign ministers last week, to stop supply of arms to the rebels stop attacking cities of millions, towns and villages with tanks, artillery, and aerial bombardments [4], instead negotiate autonomy rights for the Russian minorities and provide full cooperation in the investigation into the shooting down of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17.

Human-Stupidity normally refrains from dabbling in world politics.

But here we are amazed at the brazen manipulation of world opinion and world politics, that favors heavy artillery war against large European cities, instead of negotiation and de-centralized government in Ukraine.

The same governments that defend the rights of recently arrived Mexicans, Salvadorians, and Hondurans in the US, that defend the rights of recently arrived Somalis, Syrians, Algerians in Europe; These minority friendly governments are complicit in the discrimination, political disenfranchisement, persecution, shelling and bombing of Russian minorities that have lived on Ukrainian soil for generations.

 

Further US sanctions were expected to follow during the night.

The president of the European Council, Herman van Rompuy, and the head of the European Commission, José Manuel Barroso, issued a joint statement describing the EU measures as a strong warning that "Illegal annexation of territory and deliberate destabilisation of a neighbouring sovereign country violently overthrowing elected president Viktor Yanukovych, discriminating against the Russian minority, prohibiting their language, and prohibiting the communist party for defending the rights of the Russian minority [6] could not be accepted in 21st-century Europe. Europe takes diversity and minority rights very seriously. 

Odessa massacre [14], Shelling and bombing of Donetsk all remain unpunished.

And the European Union will stand by its neighbouring Russian minorities and partners."

Special thanks to Russian Russian president Putin for accepting over 100 000 asylum seekers, that fled Ukraine government violence. The asylum seekers did not flee into peaceful regions of Ukraine, well knowing that in Ukraine they would continue suffering government violence, discrimination and repression of their minority culture and language.

Ramadan fasting in the polar circle without sunset? Muslims are bewildered.

 During Ramadan, Muslims fast until the sun goes down. But what if you live in a place where the sun does not set for the entire month? 

Ramadan fasting is bad enough in Oslo, with its 20 hours of day light during summer.

Devout Muslims and religious scholars have worked arduously on a solution to this potentially deadly dilemma. After all, nobody survives 30 days without food nor water.

Human-Stupidity can not but wonder why Allah and his prophet have not planned ahead and given instructions for Muslim expansion to the polar circle on their way to world rule.

Rarely do we discuss the large number of men that are in prison because they could NOT prove their innocence against a false rape accusation. There is no due process in rape accusations, so many men are in prison because they were not lucky enough to videotape the sex act, or to get a loving kiss by the lying victim right in front of a surveillance camera.

Virginia DA obtains warrant to forcibly erect child’s penis to photograph for sexting prosecution

A 17 year old "child" boy consensually exchanged intimate photos with his 15 year old girl friend. To bolster their case, the prosecution requested and obtained the right to photograph the boys genitalia in erect state, and to forcibly use medical means to obtain the erection.

Of course only the young man is prosecuted, even though the girl equally engaged in production, possession, and distribution of child pornography.

On Wednesday the Washington Post reported on the case of a 17-year-old from Manassas, Virginia, who is facing felony charges for manufacturing and possessing child pornography after he allegedly texted nude images of himself to his 15-year-old girlfriend.

According to the boy’s defence attorney, Jessica Harbeson Foster, prosecutors in the Washington-area Prince William County want to bolster their case by taking photos of the suspect’s aroused penis and comparing it to the texted image using "special software".

She says the prosecutors have plans if the teen does not willingly comply.

"We just take him down to the hospital, give him a shot and then take the pictures that we need," Ms Foster says she was told.

She added that the police had already taken a photo of her client’s flaccid penis, obtained despite his objections.

So the prosecution already produced child pornography, forced a child to pose for indecent photos (Copine scale level 4: deliberately posed, not erotic)

Child porn laws purport to protect the child, even when 17 years old, from the repeated trauma of having his or her photo viewed (Voodoo theory).

Brazil’s World Cup repression of legal prostitution caused more violent crimes against prostitutes

Dilma Rousseff’s leftist feminist Brazilian Government  is ashamed of Brazil‘s world famous hot blooded prostitutes. Even though " prostitute"  constitute a legal profession, registered with the department of Labor, crackdowns have happened for almost a century, before every major international event in Brazil.

20140316_104503 The initiative causes crime and suffering, even towards the " victims" they purport to protect.  The closure of a well known short time hotel caused prostitutes to seek out other venues, like their own homes, where they became victims of robbery and other violence.

Almost all repressive sex laws inspired by feminists and religious zealots cause crime, sexual abuse, and suffering: repression of porn and child porn, age of consent laws, repression of teenage sexuality and prostitution. 

Nobody, not even men’s rights activists care about lonely and depressed men, for whom sex could bring a ray of happiness in their life. Very few care about prostitutes who are deprived of income to pay their rent, pay their school, or feed their babies.  Month long closure of a beach beer bar in front of Copacabana’s Fifa Fan Fest caused immense ruinous damage to the innocent businessman who can not prevent prostitutes from frequenting his venue. To no avail, prostitutes and their customers stood on the side walk and bought their beer from street vendors.

Hate speech laws started with the good intention to prevent inciting violence: "Kill Blacks, gays, …..". Since then they went down a slippery slope, where a harmlessly uttered private opinion can ruin careers

    Front National politician sentenced to jail for ape slur

    A former local election candidate for the far-right Front National (FN) in France has been sentenced to nine months in prison for comparing the country’s justice minister, who is black, to an ape.

    Anne-Sophie Leclere provoked a storm last year when she compared Christiane Taubira to an ape on French television and posted a photomontage on Facebook that showed the justice minister, who is from French Guiana, alongside a baby chimpanzee. The caption under the baby ape said "At 18 months", and the one below Taubira’s photograph read "Now".

    Leclere was an FN candidate in Rethel, in the eastern Ardennes region, for the 2014 local elections, but the FN soon dropped her and went on to do well in the March polls.

    On Tuesday, a court in Cayenne, French Guiana’s capital, sentenced her to nine months in jail, banned her from standing for election for five years, and imposed a €50,000 (£39,500) fine. French Guiana is an overseas département of France and is inside the European Union.

    French Guiana in South America is part of the European Union? Amazing. And a court in South America censors speech in Europe. Shocking. And they can not find a lawyer in South America who would defend her? Appalling!

    It also handed the FN a €30,000 fine, putting an end to a case brought by French Guiana’s Walwari political party, founded by Taubira.

    The court went well beyond the demands of prosecutors, who had asked for a four-month jail sentence and a €5,000 fine.

    Leading psychologist Dr Noreen Tehrani, who advised specialist child abuse detectives in the Metropolitan, Surrey, Thames Valley and Hampshire forces, said police were under colossal strain from the escalating demands to investigate ancient paedophilia, requiring her to spend her entire time soothing cops’ frayed nerves.
    She added that pressure from Westminster politicians forced police to divert attention from children at risk to historical cases. "They are just completely inundated with work, they are beginning to collapse. What I am getting are more and more exhausted officers. There aren’t enough officers in these specialist teams and they are overwhelmed," Tehrani said.
    The psychobabbler – whose own views on the merits of investigating past paedofiddling remained unknown — said officers were on the point of collapse, with many going off sick as a growing number of historical claims of abuse increased pressure on already busy teams.     We have to make it very clear that Ian Thorpe is NOT attracted to mature looking 17 or 15 year old women (a crime). This is just a satire to show how homosexuality has become a heroic act, while normal heterosexual attraction to young women years past puberty is a heinous crime.

    In an interview with British broadcaster Michael Parkinson screened in Australia, the gold medal winner says that he has dated over 21 year old women in the past but that he is a pedophile.

    The correct word would be ephebophile. But thanks to feminist and leftist language manipulation, the word "pedophile" now is incorrectly being used for attraction to 17 year old women, not just to 7 year olds.

    We even invented the absurd notion that 17 year olds cannot *consent to sex (except, maybe to another 17 year old, a discriminatory ageist notion.)

    Barry Taylor, President of the Gay and Lesbian International Sports Association told Ninemsn: “There are a lot of people out there who are distressed at times around their sexuality, but when they have other high-profile people like Ian to look up to they feel okay.”

    “For many elite athletes they are told not to come out because it will be a death knell in their career.

    Normal heterosexual sexuality can be a death knell.

    Recently a mediocre US football player boosted his carreer by coming out of the closet and saying he is gay. Were he heterosexual, nobody would admire him for his courage. Would he like 17 year old women, he would be arrested.

    A few decades ago US police warned Andre Agassi not to touch his underage girl friend tennis star Anna Kournikova while in California.
