The beating last month of a 15-year-old girl in the transit tunnel at Westlake Center as security personnel watched without intervening is prompting a review of King County Metro’s policies for its unarmed guards.

The incident — which was partially captured on surveillance video — happened about 7:15 p.m. Jan. 28 and involved a large group of teens and young adults, according to the King County Sheriff’s Office. Another 15-year-old girl is allegedly the one who can be seen on the video assaulting the victim, kicking her head several times while she is on the pavement.

Two security guards stand over the victim while she’s being pummeled and do not intervene. At one point in the video, one guard is seen raising his arm toward the assailant, who ignores him.

Prior to the great wave of rape reforms starting in the 1970s, rape advocates reported, with seemingly infinite invention, that women were too scared, too embarrassed, too certain of its futility to report their own rapes. The sexual grievance industry insisted that rape was underreported, and that reforms were needed to do justice to countless women who suffered in silence the brutal indignity of rape. So we kowtowed to the sexual grievance industry to solve “the problem.”
First, we adopted laws that eliminated the requirement of corroboration, which de facto served to flip the old law on its head: now, women don’t need any corroboration of their claims, but men and boys are arrested based solely on even the far-fetched say-so of any woman or girl if they can’t produce corroborating evidence of their innocence.
That wasn’t enough, they said. So we adopted rape shield laws that forbade almost any evidence of the accuser’s prior sexual history with persons other than the accused, a rule that resulted in innumerable innocent men and boys being sent to prison for alleged rapes that never occurred.
That wasn’t enough, they said. So we adopted laws that eliminated the requirement of force, and innocent men and boys who misunderstood the acquiescence of a woman were sent to prison.
That wasn’t enough, they said. So we enacted laws that eliminated the mens rea requirement for rape. Historically, in a rape prosecution, the guilty defendant must have had the intention to have intercourse with a woman without her consent. Too stringent, said the sexual grievance industry, and the requirement was lightened or dropped altogether.
That wasn’t enough, they said. So we enacted laws (in the UK and a handful of US states) that legally forbade naming rape accusers. In the US, the news agencies and outlets have, by common consensus, agreed not to name rape accusers. That wasn’t enough, they said. So we enacted laws that lengthened and even eliminated statutes of limitations for rape, and now, men are sometimes accused of and charged with alleged rapes that occurred 20, 30, 40 or more years after they supposedly occurred, effectively foreclosing the accused from mounting a meaningful defense because the evidence of their innocence has long disappeared.
That wasn’t enough, they said. So we enacted VAWA which, among many other things, pays the legal bills of alleged victims of sexual assault. VAWA pays none of the legal bills of men accused of rape, the presumed innocent — even those who were falsely accused. In the UK, it’s worse. They compensate alleged rape victims, even the ones not subjected to any physical force, no matter how slight their injuries; the UK does not compensate men falsely accused of rape, no matter how egregious their harm. Sometimes false rape accusers are compensated.
That wasn’t enough, they said. So we enacted laws that exempted rape accusers from taking polygraph tests as a condition to proceeding with the rape investigation. In contrast, using polygraphs on men accused of rape is routine, and often if men don’t submit to them, even flimsy charges won’t be dropped. (Moreover, polygraphs are routinely used to insure that sex offenders (predominantly male) are adhering to the terms of their probation, and a refusal to take the polygraph will land the person refusing in jail.)
That wasn’t enough, they said. So we enacted Fed.R.Evid. 413 and many states adopted similar laws. Unlike any other criminal charge, including murder, assault, even planning the World Trade Center attacks, a rape trial in federal court and in various states allows evidence of the defendant’s commission of prior offenses (specifically, his prior offenses of sexual assault) to show that he has a propensity for committing the crime at issue. This rule, which is unique in all of American jurisprudence and widely condemned by legal scholars, allows the jury to hear about the defendant’s prior acts whether or not the defendant takes the stand. Even accusations of prior sexual offenses that occurred years before — and even crimes for which the defendant was acquitted — are admissible if the alleged act is proven by just a preponderance of the evidence (far lower than beyond a reasonable doubt). This is sometimes all a jury needs to convict the man or boy of the crime at issue.
That wasn’t enough, they said. So we enacted rules on college campuses making it easier and easier to expel males accused of sexual wrongdoing, with kangaroo courts and inquisitorial hearing processes. Many college campuses adopted rules that say rape accusers can’t be charged with underage drinking in connection with their accusation, thus providing yet one more motive to lie about rape for any young woman looking to evade an underage drinking charge.
But surely these massive reforms must have cut into underreporting of rape? Surely after decades of one reform after the next to encourage women to come forward, the women must be lining up, right?
Well, no, we are told. Nothing has ever worked to curb alleged underreporting, and underreporting is supposedly still rampant. As but one example, on college campuses, the supposed hotbed for modern rape, more than ninety five percent of students who are sexually assaulted supposedly remain silent, we are told. All the rape reforms, all the bending over backwards to get victims to “come forward” have been a waste of time. [ . . . ]
In one of the most despicable assertions ever uttered in the rape context, Chair of Women Against Rape Ruth Hall said the following: “There will be lots more rape victims” if the presumptively innocent accused of rape are afforded anonymity until they are charged.” Now alleged underreporting is being wielded in a last ditch effort to stop the plan for anonymity for the presumptively innocent. This plan, you must know, will not grant anonymity until conviction but only until a man is charged. It is, thus, the most modest reform imaginable to protect innocent men, scarcely a reform at all, if truth be told. But to the sexual grievance industry, any support for the presumptively innocent is too much support.

A very feeling movie, about men who are forbidden to see their kids. The movie is quite tame, it does not even mention that men of course have to pay half their income in exchange for not being allowed to see the kid.

The final version of the documentary about the discrimination against fathers in custody cases, and the mayhem it causes in our societies.
Produced by Sara Sivesson, Jerry Wallén, Sandra Atas and Oskar Krantz at the John Bauer high school in Sweden. The film was made as an entry in a Amnesty International contest regarding human rights.

Rumors are that women’s groups protested the movie and Amnesty International thus did not allow the movie in their contest. Another example of the amazing clout feminists wield to manipulate institutions to act in the feminist interest, making special rules and exceptions for feminist issues that the institution would never make for any other issues.

Amnesty sponsored a film competition, but when some finalists produced a film that angered feminists, the film was pulled from Amnesty’s YouTube site. Amnesty denies that pressure from an Uppsala women’s shelter was responsible for suppressing the film, but the shelter itself is gloating about its political clout.

The film, created by four high school students and titled, The Right To Be a Father, is a powerful depiction of how children are taken from their fathers by Sweden’s feminist family courts. Separating children from their fathers is not only a bedrock principle of the war against “patriarchy,” but also the bread-and-butter of the lucrative child custody industry, so it is not surprising that the sisterhood would come down hard on the heresy that feminists violate human rights.

The film was nominated for the final stage of the competition. Amnesty posted it on YouTube, and the creators were invited to the film gala in Gothenburg. “But our film was never shown at the festival, and the day after it also disappeared from Amnesty’s YouTube channel,” says Sara Sivesson, one of the creators. This is not isolated. In recent years Amnesty has become a mouthpiece for the radical feminist agenda, to the point of pushing programs that violate human rights. Amnesty’s campaign against “domestic violence,” for example, is a prescription for criminalizing the innocent on a huge scale.

Even on its face, “domestic violence” is a matter not of human rights but of crime. No one suggests that ordinary theft or assault, when not perpetrated by government agents, are “human rights” violations. They are crimes for which the criminal justice system either provides or it does not. If not, the system is dysfunctional, but it has nothing to do with “human rights.”

But this is precisely what is wrong with the trumped-up hysteria over “domestic violence” (and most accusations are indeed trumped-up): It exists precisely to circumvent the legal safeguards and protections for the rights of the accused that make free countries free. Newfangled gender crimes like “domestic violence” exist to punish those who cannot be convicted with evidence.

Why can alleged assailants not be charged and tried according to standard laws against violent assault? Because domestic “violence” criminalizes almost anything, even if it is not violent or even physical.

In domestic violence cases there is seldom a trial, almost never a jury, and no one is ever acquitted. One study published in Criminology and Public Policy found that everyone arrested for domestic violence receives some punishment. The term “Food Porn” has been around for about 10 years. This expression “Food Porn” deserves to become more popular.

I define pornography as something created and marketed to titillate human pleasure centers (almost always to enrich the purveyors) while offering no redeeming effects on the body, mind or soul of the consumer other than a temporary, short-term satisfaction of the more base human appetites.

Food porn, then, is food which has been calculatingly created and marketed to satisfy our food lusts while offering little to no benefit—and usually harm—to the body, mind and soul.

Our fast food is usually food porn, as is much of the food found in our chain restaurants. Our supermarkets, however, are also brimming with food porn. If you can imagine a supermarket layout in your mind, I would classify the great majority of items in the isle sections as food porn (the stuff on the periphery tends to be more good than bad—think whole foods).

Food porn, like common porn, takes the basic form of something good, but in reality it is something artificial, fake and full of illusion. I know you know what the common porn is trying to simulate, but what food porn is trying to simulate is simply real food.

Take bread. Bread is good, right? You know, the staff of life? I invite you to go and look at the list of ingredients of 90% of the varieties of bread in the center isles of your supermarket, which I insist are not bread at all, but food porn.

Here we have the problem. Religion and society wage war against fairly harmless sexual pornography. And the pandemic obesity, the killer #1 in most “civilized” countries, carries no shame. The most recent tension came from Pakistan’s decision that it will monitor Google, Bing, Yahoo (and other sites) for blasphemous content. Now it is the EU’s turn to try to impose checks on search engines through its controversial "Written Declaration 29."

Italy’s European Member of Parliament, Tiziano Motti, is the author of the proposal, commonly known as Written Declaration 29, adopted last week. His aim was to protect children from abusers and paedophiles lurking on the web by requesting that user data from search engines be stored and used by governments to track sexual offenders.

Don’t we have enough REAL problems?

A large percentage of children grow up in poverty stricken families, unintegrated into middle class society, condemned to low level of schooling and an unsuccessful life.

Watchdog Privacy International immediately stepped up to the plate by issuing a joint statement with search engine Ixquick, entitled: Ixquick: Search Engines Should Become Government Spies, Says EU Parliament. Ixquick has built its reputation on not storing any user search data and therefore feels it has been singled out by the Declaration. For Robert Beens, CEO of Ixquick, Written Declaration 29 would jeopardize the privacy of over 500 million people across Europe when it should really uniquely concern known offenders. "Sex offenders exchange files through underground networks. They don’t find this stuff through search engines," Alex Hanff of Privacy International said in the statement. "I spent eight years helping law enforcement track down online sex offenders and never once did we see a case where search engine data was useful."

He consensually kissed an 11 year old. One might think that this deserves a penalty. But why call this “rape”? There are very befitting words in our language. “Indecent touching of a child” is very befitting. “Molesting” a child still has a connotation of non-consensual, but sure does not get confused with rape. Now, it is legitimate to discuss the appropriate penalty for indecently touching an 11 year old child. But why do you want to confuse the uninformed population by asking “what should be the penalty for raping an 11 year old child” if the transgression really was not rape but indecent touching?

The only explanation I can find: “You intentionally want to confuse and deceive the average person who is unaware that the alleged “rape” want not a rape at all. This intentional dis-information serves your political agenda to con the average person into agreeing to higher penalties, to sex offender registration, etc”.

Even mainstream ABC TV questions the wisdom, why a 19 year old boyfriend, urged to have sex by his 15 year old girlfriend, should spend his life labeled a rapist? And be on the same sex offender list like multiple “real” serial rapists (who attacked unwilling children with violence and against their will) and child rapist killers.
