Famous news magazine "Der Spiegel" 1 as well as rainbow press "Bild" agree: the liberal German prostitution law causes trafficking and thus ought to be replaced by the wonderful Swedish model that arrests the clients but allows women to offer sex.

It is amazing how legalization has dropped prostitution pricing in Germany. In Berlin, all you can drink and all you can fuck deals can be had for Euro 99. And if you can not afford that, you can partake in a gangbang of 3 girls for Euro 79 or choose a one hour trial for 49 Euros.

Yes, these girls are not the top of the top. Men have to settle for third rate women if they want to get unlimited sex for 99 Euro.

But there are plenty of cheap men, who want to fuck third rate women for low money, and plenty of over the hill women who want to make easy money.

Those who want sex with top quality women, have to settle for Artemis or Oase FKK. There they pay around 70 euro for unlimited food and drinks, and about 50 to 70 Euro per basic girl session. Plus 50 to 100 Euro per extra service.

Why The European Plan To Ban Porn Is A Bad Idea

But if the ban were to make it into the final law, it would likely do more harm than good. Though a few studies have found that, under laboratory conditions, porn makes men more sexually aggressive, there’s no real-world evidence bearing out the claim that this translates into sexist attitudes or sexual violence. According to Professor Milton Diamond, director of the Pacific Center for Sex and Society at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, “[t]here’s absolutely no evidence that pornography does anything negative.”

There is, however, empirical evidence that it reduces the incidence of sexual violence. One 2007 study by Todd Kendall compared the rates of crime between U.S. states with greater and lesser access to the internet. After controlling for other crime-inducing variables (like rates of urbanization and alcoholism), Kendall found that more internet access led to lower rates of two crimes only — rape and prostitution:

I find that internet access appears to be a substitute for rape; in particular, the results suggest that a 10 percentage point increase in internet access is associated with a decline in reported rape victimization of around 7.3%…internet has no apparent substitution effect on any of 25 other measured crimes, with the exception of the only other well-defined sex crime, prostitution. Moreover, I show that the effect on rape is concentrated among states with the highest male-to-female ratios, and that by age, the effect on rape is concentrated among teenage men, who are the prime consumers of pornography, and for whom the internet induced the largest change in availability.

Two other studies support Kendall’s finding — one correlating the international spread of the internet with a concomitantly international decline in sexual violence, the other presenting survey evidence that, as Scientific American puts it, “patients requesting treatment in clinics for sex offenders commonly say that pornography helps them keep their abnormal sexuality within the confines of their imagination.”

Proponents of such laws that prohibit pornography actually endanger women and children. This has been conclusively proven by academic researcher Milton Diamond and others.

Social policy helps the poor and needy to get air, food, drink shelter, warmth, and sleep. Not sex. Conservative religion and feminism conspire to deprive people of their need for sex and intimacy, by restricting prostitution, porn, and free sex.

The suffering of the 40 year old male virgin, the plight of the sex-less nerd, the imbalance of the socially inept man, and the plight of the ugly, dumb, poor, or disabled male don’t concern anyone.

The sex workers giving disabled people a chance to live out their dreams

A forthcoming Channel 4 documentary, Can Have Sex Will Have Sex, features the sex lives of four disabled people, one of whom loses his virginity to an escort who has been hired by his mother.

The programme has been labelled "controversial", but many mothers call the sex and disability helpline, which I run, worried that their disabled son is physically unable to masturbate and desperately needs an outlet. Hiring a sex worker is one option.

They can find responsible sex workers on the TLC-Trust website which was created in 2000 by myself and a disabled man, James Palmer, who was sad about being a virgin in his mid 40s. The hundred or so sex workers who have profiles on the site say they each see about eight disabled clients a month. One told me she recently saw a 38-year-old whose father had called after both parents had sought her out. It was their son’s birthday and he was a virgin. The father brought him down. She bought a birthday cake and a present.

We are focussing on the plight of sex-less males, because females rarely have problems getting sex, even if they are ugly or disabled.

As for disabled women, many tell me they would love to pay somebody who knows what they are doing, who helps them learn what their bodies are capable of enjoying, but most never try. They may be nervous that the man they are paying is not entirely professional and they may not think enough of themselves to treat themselves to the luxury of pleasure. That, I hope is changing. Most of the women I know who have paid have gone to female sex workers, and none of them have involved their mother in the process of making contact.

Females, or males, with mental disability have a very serious problem:: Any person who has sex with them is a *rapist, by feminist re-definition of the word and legal meaning of "rape". Thus nobody can legally have sex with them, ever.

After a single prostitution conviction, suspects can face a felony in a subsequent arrest, which Gainer calls “draconian.”

“Most states in the country don’t do it like we do it. Only eight states have a statute for felony prostitution — and Illinois is one of them,” Gainer told the Sun-Times. “With the jail hitting its limits in population, it’s incumbent for us to look at who actually needs to spend two months in jail awaiting trial,” she said, noting her research shows the cost of jailing suspected prostitutes costs upwards of $9.5 million. “There are better options.”

Under a resolution introduced Wednesday at the regular County Board meeting, officials are also urging the state Legislature to amend Illinois law and wipe the felony prostitution charge off the books.

Sadly, the main concern is not with the poor victims of repressive sex laws: the prostitutes offering their services to men in need for sex and companionship, or the men who seek entertainment, sex, companionship and are willing to pay for that.

The main worry are overcrowded prisons, and government expenses for imprisoning people who commit victimless crimes.

  2. Are women prostituting themselves out of free choice?  Does a nurse work long night shifts out of free choice?  Or because she needs to pay the rent.
  3. It is illegal to buy temporary sexual services. What about clients that come for 20 years, outlasting several marriages?
  4. It is illegal to pay sex with money, or drugs. So if "paying" sex with a few drinks is illegal, then almost all sex is illegal prostitution.
  5. Landlords are obliged to kick out prostitutes, lest they will be charged with pimping

the impediments for responsible adults to decide about their own work and fate. The serious issues of teenage sexuality are not even mentioned. For example, in many countries one can have sex with a 16 year old. But if one gives her money, it becomes a felony.

Age of Consent and the Demonization of Normal Male Sexuality

Which brings me to a larger issue. What the fuck is up with statutory rape? It’s a joke law made up by joke legislators without a scintilla of real world experience with women. Am I supposed to request age identification from every full-bodied young woman who comes onto me? There are 13 year olds out there who look like grown women. At the borderline of 16 to 18 years old, many women could easily pass for mid to late 20s. It is well known by neuroscientists and psychologists studying these things that women mature faster than men. Women’s brains gel into adult-shaped contours sooner. A full breasted and wide-hipped 17 year old hottie who flirts with me knows exactly what she is doing and what she wants. She is no child to be coddled. And yet, I could be thrown in jail if I slept with her assuming she was an older girl, even if it was something we both consensually desired.

This is abject bullshit. The law makes it a necessity to demand age identification with every young woman a man might want to fuck who could conceivably pass for a teenager. This means background checks on women in their 20s. And what about women who lie? They exist, lots of them. Is a statutory rape charge for the man the just response — the *fair* response — to a lying woman who wanted the sex as much as he?

It’s time to end the charade of statutory rape. If the “underage” woman is physically developed, and she consents to the sex, there is no rape charge, period. For chrissakes, there are 14 year olds in parts of the world getting married off and pumping out children of their own.
