The Painful Truth About Affirmative Action describes how mismatched students are admitted to colleges where they don’t belong nor thrive, where they suffer and tend to drop out.
They are academic failures and rank at the bottom of their classes. This reinforces the stereotypes of academically inept Blacks and Hispanics, damages the self-esteem of failing minority students that would thrive in less selective colleges. It also is damaging to competent Black and Hispanic students who do not need quotas but who get confused with low performing quota students.
UCLA went through various phases of affirmative action and minority admissions. It is taboo to mention the unspoken secret: when UCL admitted twice as many minorities, drop-out rates increased drastically and in the end the number of minority graduates remained equal. Admitting too many vastly under qualified minorities yields no positive results. It only wastes money and traumatizes students.
Colleges actively hide the truth about the failure of affirmative action.
It is also always overlooked, that discriminated disadvantaged Asians over-perform. Even the mismatch article is shy to admit that this is due to Asian’s genetically superior IQ, augmented further by a culture that values academic success).

The single biggest problem in this system — a problem documented by a vast and growing array of research — is the tendency of large preferences to boomerang and harm their intended beneficiaries. In Brazil, political campaigns are in full swing for the upcoming municipal elections. Stupid laws, inspired by political correctness and feminism require parties to have at least 30 % female candidates. 1 2 3 4

These fake female candidates pave the way so that male candidates that actually want to run for office are allowed to do so.
These are the first elections where the mandatory 30% quota for women has been reached, with 30.74% of the candidates being women, compared to 21.37% in 2008.
Miraculously, women got more interested in becoming candidates. Or the patriarchy has stopped repressing women’s ambition towards political positions and thus women become liberated
But the numbers, that on one side are showing a change in the political climate of the country, might, in reality, be a strategy to bypass the law: "the use of fake women candidates: women who become candidates simply to fulfill the quotas.
The judge Murilo Kieling, responsible for the registration of candidates in Rio de Janeiro, confirms that the use of "fakes" might be a crime only if the person does not know that she is a candidate.
Frequently these women become candidates in reply to a political party’s request. They don’t even campaign. But a party that indicates a ‘ghost" candidate, a party member that is not even aware of her being a candidate, that party would be committing a crime.

Blacks are a protected class and must not be discriminated against. So you know that these headline is just a "joke" to get your attention.
But "males" are not a protected class. One can discriminate at will against men. So watch how the following headline looks much more acceptable. In our headline we just changed the word "male" for "black"

It is unusual that this is causing a firestorm. Because such policies have been in force everywhere. Including rules that fathers get accosted for photographing their own daughters or for shopping in little girls’ lingerie departments.
We need to get across to anyone willing to listen that under the guise of protecting children, policies like this do terrible damage to them. When we institutionalize the notion that men aren’t fit to be around children, we do nothing but solidify eons-old gender stereotypes that keep men from assuming their proper roles as co-parents and that confine them to the workplace. And since someone has to take care of the children, that task will continue to fall to women, as it always has. No one benefits from this wrong-headed policy, least of all our kids.

All 2012 Olympic 100m dash finalist will be black. How can we make such a racist prediction?
The fastest non-black man in the world, European champion (Christophe Lemaitre) decided to skip the 100 m run. 9 Olympic participants run faster then Lemaitre in 100meters. He has no chance for a medal in 100 m, while he has been #4 this year in 200 meters.
In the last decades, Olympic finals and semifinals in 100 m running dashes consisted (almost?) exclusively of Black men and women.
Conventional wisdom teaches us that race is only skin deep. Gender and race are socially constructed. If there are more men then women in top CEO positions, then this is due to discrimination by the evil patriarchy.If Blacks are underrepresented in top Universities, it is due to the never-ending legacy of 19th century slavery.
Equally, the lack of Whites and Asians in the 100 m Olympic finals must be due to discrimination. As everyone knows, all races are equal. Actually, race does not exist. Why would women be chanceless against men even in Chess, Snooker and Darts? It does not involve fighting skills, physical prowess. The facts are clear, there are almost no women among the top players, even in these non-physical sports.
In Chess there is only one woman in the top 100. Judit Polgar, ranked #32, by far the strongest woman player with a score of 2710, never became woman’s world champion because she chose to only compete in men’s tournaments. The second rated woman, with a score of 2605 is way below the # 100 ranked man with 2652 points.
The Women’s World Chess Championship is played to determine the women’s world champion in chess. Like the World Chess Championship, it is administered by FIDE. Unlike most sports, women are able to compete against men in chess, and so some women do not compete for the women’s title. Notably, the world’s top rated female player, Judit Polgar, has never competed for the women’s title Greatest Women’s World Chess Champion
There are 2300 male Grand Masters and 22 female Grand Masters.
Maybe this patriarchal discrimination can be repaired by a quota system, by nominating 1500 women grand masters! All of Europe thinks this is a good system to get women into board rooms and political power 0 1 2.3, So why not do this in chess. We are sorry we can not restrain our sarcasm.
Women can not compete against men even in chess, snooker, go and darts. Top 10 women tennis players are chanceless against top 500 male players and can barely compete with male college players. Nevertheless women achieved equal pay for less play in Wimbledon and other top competitions.
Feminism, political correctness and the discredited and debunked blank slate theory interpret all natural, inborn differences as "discrimination" that needs to be corrected by affirmative action. Various countries enacted (or plan to enact) 30% to 50% quotas in parlament and for top executives. Under the guise of counteracting a long debunked "wage gap" such regulations and fear of "discrimination" law suits put women ahead of more qualified male competitors. And of course there are no female quotas on death row, in prison, among the homeless to equalize the "glass bottom".
