How women can earn more then men: 25 life choices to get higher pay
Posted by admin in Men's Rights & Feminism, Political correctness on
Dr. Warren Farrell’s research clearly uncovered the reasons for the pay gap. H found 25 items women can do to in order to earn as much or even more then men.
- Men do earn more then women
- because women choose low working hours, more time off, more safety, convenience, more freedom. This might be a wise choice, but it is not good for maximizing income
- In many fields women can earn more then men. Women who decide to dedicate themselves to high earning careers can earn more then men, effectively inverting the pay gap.
- Understanding the reasons for the pay gap empowers women to make life and career decisions that maximize their income
Dr. Warren Farrell, the only man ever elected three times to the Board of the National Organization for Women in NYC, once asked, “If men are paid more for the same work, why would anyone hire a man?”
He may be sorry he asked. But during the years of research that followed, the answer evolved: Men earn more than women, but not for the same work—for 25 different workplace choices. Men’s choices lead to men earning more money; women’s choices lead to women having better lives.
Men’s trade-offs include working more hours (women typically work more at home); taking more-hazardous assignments (cab-driving; construction; trucking); moving overseas or to an undesirable location on-demand (women’s greater family obligations inhibit this); and training for more-technical jobs with less people contact (e.g., engineering).
Women’s choices appear more likely to involve a balance between work and the rest of life. Women are more likely to balance income with a desire for safety, fulfillment, potential for personal growth, flexibility and proximity-to-home. These lifestyle advantages lead to more people competing for these jobs and thus lower pay.
Only when Dr. Farrell’s research journey uncovered these 25 differences, did the “holy grail” become visible: women now earn more money for the same work—that is, women earn more when they work equal hours at the same job with the same size of responsibility for the same length of time with equal productivity, etc. The women’s movement can celebrate its greatest single triumph—exceeding its goal of equal pay for equal work. A triumph that frees women to enter the next level of progress…
Since men still earn more money, Why Men Earn More introduces to women the 25 ways to higher pay, showing which trade-offs lead to how much increase in pay, creating for women an opportunity to decide which trade-offs are worth it given her individual personality and current goals.

Judge William Adams: I was right spanking teen daughter Hillary

CBS Video: Dad seen on tape beating daughter: I was right
We perfectly understand that educated middle class children of educated intelligent middle class parents can possibly be perfectly educated with no physical violence whatsoever. Super Nanny videos are perfect examples.
We question, though, if spanking prohibition is a necessity and needs to be enshrined in law.
Full Spanking scene on youtube
The judge’s wife was emotionally abused herself and was severely manipulated into assisting the beating and should not be blamed for any content in this video. The judge’s wife has since left the marriage due to the abuse, which continues to this day
Of course, the father is the culprit and the mother should not be blamed.
Yes, we understand there are problems, but we are here to question politically correct dogma. Here a few arguments by Devil’s Advocate:
- Look at really unruly criminal or borderline criminal children. Gang members, violent flash mob participants, Hardcore truants, heavy drug users etc. Maybe the world would be better off had these kids been disciplined when there was still a chance to get them away from their path that is both destructive to society and self-destructive. In many rich countries there is, needlessly, an underclass of uneducated, unemployable hopeless adolescents that have no chance in life. They will forever be a burden to society, financially, as welfare basket cases, as criminals, and as parents to future generations of hopeless children.
- Lower class, low intelligence parents of equally lower intelligence low self control children in bad social environment might be better off with forceful education methods.
- Parents might enforce exaggerated and unworthy goals with violent spanking? That, of course, raises other questions of parental power and freedom in general. Spanking a child for not going to church, for having homosexual tendencies, for not training mother’s pet sport? I see the problem, but what about parents enforcing such behaviors with other punishments, psychological cruelty, time out, withholding of financial resources etc.
- To avoid excessive physical punishment, neighborhood councils could mediate between children and parents, and order parents to stop in case of injustice. Note also that in all ancient texts, punishment of children (and women) was always limited in ways as to not cause lasting physical damage.
- The same politically correct liberals, who totally oppose measured non-endangering spanking, treat violent child endangering bullies and gangs with velvet gloves. Maybe such bullies need Singapore or Muslim style spankings to learn respect for fellow children and adults.
- Is imprisoning for days, weeks, years really more humane then 20 minutes of corporal punishment? More so if in these prisons the serious criminals tend to rape and sexually enslave the less thuggish transgressors! Not to mention the financial cost of locking up people for years, in the light of too much government spending.
- Spanked children become violent adults? There is lots of research supporting this theory, but …..: The proponents of such theories usually don’t consider the possibility that children of violent parents inherited genetic propensity to violence. Without proof they assume causality.

Plenty of intelligent guest comments at the end of "Dad seen on tape beating daughter" mention that a father who tried all other methods and uses spanking as a last resort might be very justified. In many states, including Texas, spanking one’s children is not illegal.
Again, we are Devil’s Advocate assailing conventional dogma. We want to stimulate healthy discussion. We are not ready to put our weight behind full legalization of corporal punishment.
Human-Stupidity did it again: alienate everyone by questioning politically correct conventional wisdom.
Shoot London rioters on sight! Politically correct humanitarianism risks lives of good citizens to save looters and hooligans
Posted by Devils Advocate in Political correctness on
Political correctness and humanitarianism and human rights were invented by civilized intelligent academics. They might work for civilized intelligent populations. These good intentions have been maligned for giving more protection to felons then to their innocent law abiding victims.
Applying these rules to uncontrollable criminally minded looters and hooligans has terrible effects: good citizen’s physical integrity, lives, health, financial integrity get destroyed by such criminals.
A furniture shop in Croydon which had been in the same family for five generations was completely destroyed after being torched. Owner Trevor Rees, 56, said the business was started in 1867 by his great-great- grandfather, Edwin Reeves, and employed 15 people. Sky News
Killing a few rioters might save lives of innocent people. At least it can prevent HUGE property damage and suffering for millions of citizens who stay locked at home in fear instead of proceeding with their normal productive lives. Order and safety for ordinary citizens should be above the rights of violent dangerous felons.
Commander Christine Jones said events were "simply inexcusable".
"Ordinary people have had their lives turned upside down by this mindless thuggery," she said.
"The Met will ensure that those responsible will face the consequences of their actions and be arrested." Sky News
Humanely arresting a marauding crowd of arsonists is not practical. It will not protect safety and property of good citizens, it will not stop and prevent imminent danger.
Put a camera on the sights of the guns of police. Make sure that everyone shot was engaged in an act of dangerous violence, with arms, crow bars, Molotov Cocktails, and was not in self defense against criminals. If non-lethal violence can be used. But don’t be shy to use deadly force. One can even arrest an entire crowd: have you seen 5 policemen controlling a huge crowd of riotous prisoners, lying on the ground? The prisoners know, one false move and they get shot.
Using lethal force, there will be inevitable collateral damage. Certainly less damage then done by week-long riots. This damage should be accepted and excused, provided it can be shown to be accidental and due to true honest mistakes. Honest serious policemen, and citizens defending their life and property should be excused in case of honest battlefield mistakes.
Yes, we want to provoke to think different. Yes we see that there are problems in our attitude. We see that there are serious problem in the unquestioning humanitarianism that protects criminals and creates havoc.

Some "rapes" are less serious then others. Of course, Mr. Kenneth Clarke is right!
Posted by admin in Men's Rights & Feminism, Political correctness on
Justice Secretary Kenneth Clarke has been heavily criticized for talking about "serious rape" as compared with other types of rape. But can some rapes be viewed as more serious than others?
The word "rape" needs to be differentiated, into "serious rape", "forcible rape", "rape rape" because the word "rape" nowadays means everything.
- "Rape is rape is rape" is a lie, Joe Biden! 20 different types of rape!
- Consent, rape & minors. What is consent to sex?
- Victim dupes man into raping her. How can you rape without knowing you are raping?
- Judge John Reilly forced to apologize for differentiating nerd’s groping from sexual assault
- Republicans re-re-define rape: to the original definition rape had for 2000 years before re-definition 30 years ago
- Feminist rape laws don’t apply to male prison rape victims
- Hofstra false rape case: any law abiding man can be jailed at a woman’s whim!
Mr. Kenneth Clarke saying the truth (video) (which later on he has to retract)
Speaking to Victoria Derbyshire, the Justice Secretary said some cases of date rape or sex with under-age children might not qualify as rape “in the ordinary conversational sense”. Ed Miliband, the Labour leader, called for Mr. Clarke’s resignation during Prime Minister’s Questions over the comments. Listen to full interview on BBC Radio 5 Live Source: Telegraph
The justice secretary’s remarks suggesting some rapes were worse than others has led to a storm of protest and demands for his resignation from Labour. BBC
Tyrannical political correctness speech code taboos prohibit sensible discussions
Political correctness is a speech code to silence discussion. It erects taboos: don’t talk, don’t question. Making a comment on a taboo topic yields to ad hominem attacks, demands of resignation! Like a medieval church. The topic is taboo, critics are silenced, no discussion is allowed.
In the rape issue, there are stupid anecdotal one sided arguments.
"If we listen to what the victims of rape tell us about its impact, there is no difference between those who have suffered date rape and those who have been attacked by strangers. BBC
What a stupid comment! The "victim-feminists" who claim that a drunk-party-girl-who-next-day-is-sorry-she-consented-rape is the same as the mauled-in-the-forest-at-knife-point-rape are an offense to true forcible rape victims. These are the same people that say: consensual sex with an adolescent minor is rape, the same as violently raping the adolescent minor against her or his will. And such insanity pervades world wide press and politics.
Nation-wide and world wide politics are based on such drivel. Where is the peer reviewed research that supports such statements?
| "If we listen to what the victims of rape tell us about its impact, there is no difference between those who have suffered date rape and those who have been attacked by strangers. BBC | If we listen to what paralyzed victims of car accidents tell us about its impact, there is no difference between those that were accidentally run over due to a blown tire, a driver’s mistake or those that were run over by a maniac assassin driver. |
| In either case, the victims are equally paralyzed.. The punishment for the perpetrator, though, is very different. |
Unlike the car accident example with subsequent paralysis, as shown in the articles linked above, the modern revised definition of "rape" encompasses total different things
- violent forcible rape,
- consensual sex where consent is considered invalid later on, if the "victim" convinces a judge that she was too drunk, if she was underage, if she presented a fake ID and the perpetrator could not know he did commit "rape"
- consensual sex where consent is withdrawn in the middle of the act and he continued for 5 more seconds (yes, google "5 second rape" if you don’t believe it.
- consensual sex when the woman only felt raped 2 days later when he did not call her
- consensual sex with an adolescent minor
- When is a rape not a rape? | Police Inspector Blog mentions the pervasiveness of false rape accusations but fails to mention that lots of these lead to false rape convictions: because of the dogma "women don’t lie", and the perverted suspension of due process, the "presumption of guilt of the accused in rape cases", it is very easy to be unjustly harassed and tried for years (Kachelmann, Strauss-Kahn) and possibly convicted of rape that has never happened
Most men have already been raped by a woman, but are unaware of it
I have asked many men: "Have you ever said no to a woman and she continued with sexual activities like oral sex or sex?". Almost all of them said they told a woman "Stop, I am tired" and she just continued. This happens when a man had enough sex but an insatiable woman wants more. It could happen early in the morning when the man wants to sleep.
I believe Britain has a sexist rape law where women can not rape. But by gender neutral rape laws this clearly constitutes rape. By the feminist rape definition that a simple "no" or "stop" in a consensual sexual relationship means "rape". And this is the same as dragging a screaming woman into the forest? Or 5 guys in prison holding down a man to rape him? David Cameron, thank you for your honest truth. Too bad you weaseled out and retracted, though half-heartedly

One out of 3 college students in Berlin would consider doing prostitution, stripping, sex work (Brandenburg Academy of Science)
Posted by admin in Political correctness, Ciências, Sexualidade de Adolescentes on
Sex work an acceptable job option for 1/3 of Berlin college students (29.2% in Paris, 18.5% in Kiev). In a scientific study by "Studienkolleggs zu Berlin", that will be presented Wednesday to the Brandenburg Academy of Science. There is a lot of media gossip about this topic, but rarely scientific studies. 3200 students in Berlin, Paris, Kiev were inquired about their attitudes about "prostitution as a part time job". 3.7 % (1 in 27) of students in Berlin work in the sex industry. They strip, work as escorts or prostitutes in bordellos or erotic night clubs.
30% of students in sex work have debts, compared to 18% of the rest of the student population. Only 50% of sex workers get financial help from relatives, compared to 65%. Most important motive : "higher hourly wage", followed by "financial emergency", "search for adventure", "enjoying sex" in equal percentages. Experts from an agency advising prostitutes said "illusions, dream of easy quick money, desire for physical closeness and sexual curiosity". One female student said: money is always an object, or else a woman has no need to use a whore house to to act out her sexuality. They earn between 50 and 300 Euro per day.
Surprisingly, men and women work in equal percentage in the sex industry. Only 49% are heterosexual (vs. 85% of comparison group), 33% homosexual (vs. 5.3%), 37.8% bisexual (vs. 8.8% in comparison group).
Human Stupidity Analysis
We at human-stupidity.com wish there was information about gender distribution in sexual orientation. It seems to us that heterosexual male sex workers would have restricted earning opportunities. We are surprised about the openness to prostitution and sex work, compared to the main stream media hysteria, especially in the United States (Feminist arguments against prostitution debunked)
Comparisons to attitudes the United States, Brazil, etc. would be very interesting (legal prohibitions related to prostitituion would hamper such studies) It also does not seem that these students are "trafficked" "victims" that need to be saved from their own action by feminists, justice system or political correctness police.
No major character differences could be found between sex working and other students in terms of openness, agreeableness, conscientiousness. In Berlin, 40% of students showed curiosity, in Paris 40% of students valued sex workers. 60% of sex workers cited problems like stigmatization, sexually transmitted diseases, and problems with their partners.

Brazil votes to criminalize homophobia. Political correctness threatens freedom of expression & research
Posted by admin in Political correctness on
The Brazilian congress is about to vote the criminalization of homophobia.("O Globo" newspaper Friday May 13th). Religious parties and churches oppose the law, because priests preaching against homosexuality would face arrest for the crime of homophobia. The proposed law was amended to exempt priests preaching while inside churches. In other words, anyone outside a church can not voice any negative opinion about homosexuality.
Brazil already has anti-discrimination laws favoring gays (in addition laws against racism, religious discrimination, etc.). Business owners, or building managers, who disallowed public display gay deep French kissing face arrest and fines, except if they could prove they also had a history of disallowing heterosexual kissing. Hotels must not discriminate against gay couples. This law would further strengthen existing anti-discrimination laws and impose stiff jail sentences.
This attempt at passing laws criminalizing homophobia comes right after the Brazilian Supreme Court, in a rare unanimous vote, decided to take lawmaking it its own hand and declared that homosexual couples have the same rights as heterosexual couples on all issues. For example, inheritance, joint tax declarations, joint health insurance, common law marriage, right to property acquired during cohabitation, etc. Some minor doubts remain if this includes the right for gay couples to adopt children.
No free speech, nor free academic research
Historically, for anti-discrimination laws, even science is not a valid excuse: the book "The Bell Curve" was prohibited in Brazil because of the crime of racism, due to long existing laws against racism. The US is not much better, then president Clinton condemned the book, admittedly without having read it. But in the US nobody will be arrested and jailed for research on racial differences (they will just be harassed).
It is interesting to note that Brazil’s and Rio’s officials fought to win the title "best gay destination in the world" but are vigorously opposed to "sexual tourism", meaning heterosexual males in search of sex with Brazilian women.
The slippery slope from protecting against violence to policing words, thoughts and research
Political correctness started as a well meant attempt to correct legitimate grievances, like violence against homosexuals or other races (especially Blacks) and religion (especially Muslim), and gender discrimination (harassment). The next step, still defensible, punishes hate speech meant to directly and immediately incite violence.
So the initial intent was to outlaw "Kill blacks", "exterminate Jews", "beat faggots" speech. But that soon led to stifling thoughts and speech that hurts the sensitive of protected minorities.
It is a serious restriction to freedom of speech, freedom of thought, freedom of research to extend these anti-violence codes to
- people who tell their kids not to become homosexual or
- scholarly researcher’s writings about racial differences in IQ and criminality.
- people who warn to avoid parts of town because they are more dangerous (and predominantly black)
Homophobic jokes, Racist speech, racist jokes, can get people arrested and jailed.
Almost everything that can be said is offensive to some protected group, or actually constitutes a crime: our society suffers from overcriminalization.
Public speech, commercial advertising, is very difficult, because it is easy to offend some group, be it Blacks, Indians, women, obese, handicapped, nurses, any group whatsoever. Maybe with the exception of white males that can be bashed at will for allegedly not pertaining to a protected disadvantaged minority.
