Hate speech is speech that violates PesseKodex12.1’s restrictions. Hate speech laws enforce #TrueSpeech restrictions upon everyone, under penalty of the law.

This is why “Kill the [South African White] Boer” or “kill all white men”[22,23,24,25] is not hate speech, while “My daughter was raped by a Pakistani Muslim” is hate speech. In dishonest PC fashion, “Hate Speech” has nothing to do with what the normal person understands as hate.

Ever expanding media codes lead to hate speech laws, silence everyone about all racial issues

The very specific gag orders of media codes are unopposed; thus lead down a slippery slope to expand and generalize.

  1. *generalize from crime reports to off limits IQ tests and all embarrassing minority mishaps.
  2. *expand from journalist’s gag orders to silencing the entire populations, academic scientists, including Nobel Prize winners [note]
    • William Shockley, inventor of transistor, was racist:
      Physics Nobel laureate William Shockley, inventor of the transistor and (probably) the founder of Silicon Valley [10] pointed “out that to blame all the failures of black people on racism was a misdiagnosis of the problem” [12]. Shockley was reviled for suggesting various well meant “racist” research projects to the National Academy of Science [12]. 
    • James Watson’s Inquisition #2:
      James D. Watson, perhaps the most distinguished living American scientist, has now been kicked to the curb by the Cold Spring Harbor genetics laboratory he rescued and rebuilt over the last 40 years for making politically (but not scientifically) incorrect statements about African IQs.

Many rules, customs, and habits of civilized, scientific, enlightened, democratic society have been suspended to avoid “racism” and “prejudice.

1) Objective, uncensored, free Media report all that is interesting to the media consumer

The famous slogan “All the News That’s Fit to Print,” still appears on the masthead of the New York Times newspaper today. He wrote the slogan as a declaration of the newspaper’s intention to report the news impartially

Media gag orders.  Printing the full truth is not permissible. Censorship required to avoid (racist) prejudice against minorities.


REPORTS ON CRIMES When reporting crimes, it is not permissible to refer to the suspect‘s religious, ethnic or other minority membership unless this information can be justified as being relevant to the readers‘ understanding of the incident. In particular, it must be borne in mind that such references could stir up prejudices against minorities. This guideline 12.1 is the foundation of all speech repression and and the basis for suspension of Western civilized behavior [note]

True Speech is Forbidden, True Facts are Taboo. #DeCriminalizeTrueSpeech [/note]. Similar ethics codes exist in most European countries, the US etc. [note]

Codes by country | ethicnet, Media Codes of Ethics – Center for International Media Assistance,German Press Code: Guidelines for journalistic work as recommended by the German Press Council. Compare also  Associated Press Stylebook [2] [3] [/note]. These gag rules are obeyed not only by journalists, but by everyone, be it police speakers, teachers, government, researchers, …..

Why is such blatantly discriminatory, racist guideline accepted without protest? Why don’t they even notice the obvious contradiction that guideline 12.1 contradicts nondiscrimination rules of guideline 12[.0].  And why is such repression of truthful reporting accepted without public outcry?

Because of the Racism exception. The racism taboo is so strong that the rules of our civilized scientific democratic society are suspended and voided.[note]

  1. Equality dogma: all races are equal.
    Equality BETWEEN and WITHIN Races is the center piece of Anti-Racism. Often called Universalism or Egalitarianism.
  2. Universalism or Egalitarianism:
    Universalism “insists on the universal nature of mankind. This leads to the belief that all racial-ethnic groups and cultures are equal, and even to a belief in the uniform human potential of all individuals.

Note: Different treatment for different races is normally called “racism”. But, in a purposefully confusing definition, discrimination against whites (“anti-white racism”),is NOT considered racism.  German Press Code 12.1 clearly allows to selectively stir up prejudice against Whites. It is perfectly legitimate to  emphasize that a criminal is white, but not permissible to emphasize that a criminal is Black, Arab, or Muslim.
