Daniel Holtzclaw, a white policeman, raping disadvantaged black criminal women. The perfect PC narrative. This stacks all odds against him. The usual anti-racist race mongers
Daniel Ken Holtzclaw (born December 10, 1986) is a former Oklahoma City Police Department patrol officer who was convicted in December 2015 of multiple counts of rape, sexual battery, forcible oral sodomy, and other charges.
Of the thirteen women whom Holtzclaw assaulted, several had criminal histories such as drug arrests; all of the women were black. According to the police investigators, Holtzclaw used his position as an officer to run background checks to find information that could be used to coerce sex. During the trial, the defense questioned the victims’ credibility during cross-examination, bringing up their criminal records. However, the prosecution argued that victims were deliberately chosen by Holtzclaw for this very reason.
Holtzclaw pleaded not guilty to all charges. On December 10, 2015, an all-white jury convicted him on 18 of 36 charges, and on January 21, 2016, he was sentenced to 263 years in prison. [Wikipedia]
36 charges of rape, that must be true. Backed by DNA evidence. One DNA evidence in one case caused the jury to lend credence to all other cases. Who would defend such a slime bag, he must be guilty. Dozens of women can not lie.
Actually, multiple unproven uncorroborated accusations can all be wrong. Add to that jury intimidation, jury misinformation, shoddy falsely explained DNA evidence.
According to Michelle Malkin, police hunted for accusers, and picked especially drug addicts, prostitutes and convicted felons. Investigators strongly suggested to potential victims what the crime was, forgave blatant errors like "victims" describing tall Caucasian Holtzclaw as short and black. Witnesses were still believed after being found blatantly lying. They did not tell the jury that at least one of the witness was convicted of perjury, that many witness stories were so outlandish and blatantly false that they had to be dropped. While Wikipedia claims that feminists and race activists were not active, Michelle Malkin shows photos of Black Panther activists in full military garb inside the court room and says Jury was exposed to screams "give him life" from street protesters.

A white cop accused of sexual misconduct against black women. The confluence of feminist anti-male rape culture and Black Lives Matter anti-white police activism.
Daniel Holtzclaw is a white cop accused by a black woman of sexual misconduct and rape. He got convicted as a serial rapist on multiple counts of rape and sexual misconduct.
Remember, women rape accusers always must be believed, says Hillary Clinton. Except when they accuse Bill Clinton, Hillary’s husband. This gave rise to the ubiquitous false rape accusations
Remember, George Zimmerman, Darren Wilson

What If the Convicted ‘Serial Rapist’ Cop Is Innocent?
Just raising the possibility of has caused an irrational backlash
Former Oklahoma City police officer Daniel Holtzclaw’s emotional breakdown went viral one year ago this week in the worst way possible. He became a national punching bag when a jury convicted him on 18 of 36 counts of sexual assault–related crimes against eight black women. His sentence: 263 years.
But what if he didn’t do it — any of it? To the casual observer, Holtzclaw’s tears looked like the tears of a man sorry he got caught. […]
The truth about the Holtzclaw case is that a monstrous miscarriage of justice has occurred in the courts of law and public opinion. Just raising the possibility of his innocence has caused an angry backlash. Last week, social-justice activists forced a billboard company in Oklahoma City to yank an advertisement for my new investigative Web-based TV series on the case for CRTV.com that simply asked: “What if he didn’t do it?”
Typical for the Left Anti-Racists. Repress free speech. Repress free THOUGHT. Disallow scientific analysis of alternative hypotheses
Here’s what the protesters don’t what you to know.
Prosecutors failed to present a single, corroborating witness or a single piece of direct forensic evidence proving Holtzclaw committed any of the 36 alleged assaults allegedly perpetrated at 17 different crime scenes. Holtzclaw never once asked for a lawyer during a two-hour interrogation by sex-crimes detectives — which came just twelve hours after he allegedly forced a 57-year-old woman to perform oral sex on him during his last overnight shift on June 18, 2014.
Instead, Holtzclaw behaved like a naïve, honest person who is convinced that his total innocence will protect him against absurd accusations
In fact, Holtzclaw was completely forthcoming and consistent in his description of the 15-minute traffic stop involving northeast OKC resident and star accuser Jannie Ligons. He readily agreed to take a lie-detector test “anytime,” voluntarily submitted to a buccal swab, handed over his uniform for DNA analysis, and signed a waiver allowing detectives to search his home, computers and phone. Holtzclaw could be made to fit the PC narrative. Unlike George Zimmerman, Darren Wilson he could not PROVE his innocence. In such PC cases the presumption of innocence is inverted, in rape accusations, the maxim is: guilty until proven innocent.
[…] These women (and the vast majority of the rest of the accusers) were actively hunted down by detectives, who primed the pump by falsely stating in advance that they “had a tip” the women could be victims of a sexual assault by a police officer they had encountered in the past.
Prosecutors argued that Holtzclaw “targeted” these vulnerable women because they were the “perfect victims.” But my conclusion is that detectives targeted what Holtzclaw’s defense team called “the perfect accusers.” Outside the courtroom, their stories became insulated from deeper public scrutiny because of their politically correct status.
Now, twelve of 13 accusers (including four on whose charges Holtzclaw was acquitted) are suing for monetary damages. The litigation circus is being led by Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown’s family lawyer, Benjamin Crump. [Read more at: National Review]

Media executive’s questions for ABC’s 20/20
This morning, Creators Syndicate founder and chairman Rick Newcombe–who has taken an active role in challenging shoddy media coverage of the case–followed up with questions for show producer Joseph Diaz.
I am reprinting Rick’s letter to show you that it’s not just Fake News that is a plague on journalism and freedom. It’s Missing News that is a grave threat to truth and justice.
Last night 20/20 ran a rerun of “What the Dash Cam Never Saw,” and I had a dozen questions off the top of my head:
1.) Why no mention of Holtzclaw’s compression underwear?
2.) Why no mention of the failure to test Holtzclaw’s underwear?
<p><em>3.) Why no mention of Kim Davis’ ignoring procedure and failing to record her interview with <a href="http://www.holtzclawtrial.com/jannie-ligons-closer-look/">Jannie Ligons</a>?</em></p> <p><em>4.) Why no mention of the fact that Jannie Ligons’ driver’s license had been suspended 30 years earlier and she was driving to that day without a license?</em></p> <p><em></em></p> <p>5.) Why no mention of Kim Davis saying that <a href="http://www.holtzclawtrial.com/blog/2016/reaction-justice-by-any-means">Ligons</a> told her she smoked two marijuana joints that day and then denied it?</p> <p>6.) Why show <a href="http://www.holtzclawtrial.com/untold-story/">Ms. [Carla] Raines</a> claiming that Holtzclaw told her to expose her breasts before showing the Brian Bates proof that she was lying? Why not start the story by saying she lied and then show that rather than planting the impression on the viewer that Daniel was guilty and then saying, by the way, her initial testimony was different?</p> <p><em>7.) Why not explain how Daniel’s message during his interrogation was, “Test me and test her and you will see that nothing happened,” and in fact the forensic tests showed he was telling the truth?</em></p> <h3><em>[Read more at <a href="http://michellemalkin.com/2017/04/02/media-executives-questions-for-abcs-2020/" target="_blank">Media executive’s questions for ABC’s 20/20</a>]</em></h3> <p><em></em></p> <ul> <li> <h4><a href="http://michellemalkin.com/2017/07/12/the-crisis-in-americas-crime-labs/">The crisis in America’s crime labs</a> </h4> </li> <li> <h4><a href="http://michellemalkin.com/2017/05/09/can-cops-get-a-fair-trial-in-america/">Can cops get a fair trial in America?</a></h4> </li> <li><a href="http://michellemalkin.com/2017/05/09/can-cops-get-a-fair-trial-in-america/"><img alt="" src="http://michellemalkin.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/Screen-Shot-2017-05-09-at-11.21.31-PM-e1494390131382.png" width="300" height="193" /></a> </li> <li> <h4><a href="http://michellemalkin.com/2017/03/29/benjamin-crump-tvs-rising-fake-news-star/">Benjamin Crump: TV’s rising fake news star</a></h4> </li> <li><a href="http://michellemalkin.com/2017/02/21/fighting-for-the-falsely-accused/">Fighting for the falsely accused</a> </li> <li><a href="http://michellemalkin.com/2017/01/10/exclusive-dna-deception-what-the-daniel-holtzclaw-jury-never-heard/">Exclusive – DNA deception: What the Daniel Holtzclaw jury never heard</a> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <h3>Whites raping Blacks: virtually zero occurrence</h3> <p>It would be too racist to say that according to US government statistics the number of rape cases of white men raping black women is basically ZERO.  </p> <ol> <li><a href="http://www.amnation.com/vfr/archives/007721.html">The truth of interracial <b>rape</b> in the United States</a> </li> <li><a href="http://conservative-headlines.com/2014/12/the-truth-about-interracial-rape/">The truth about interracial <b>rape</b></a> </li> <li><a href="https://robertlindsay.wordpress.com/2016/08/31/black-on-white-homicide-and-rape-the-real-stats/"><b>Black</b> on <b>White</b> Homicide and <b>Rape</b>: The Real Stats | Beyond ...</a> </li> </ol> <p>Unlikely crimes, like 20 year old women raping men, or old ladies engaging in robbery, should be viewed with additional caution.
