Why the moral outrage about 51y actor Doug Hutchinson’s marriage to Courtney Alexis Stodden (16)

51y actor Doug Hutchinson's marriage to Courtney Alexis Stodden (16)51 year old actor Doug Hutchinson marries 16 year-old Courtney Alexis Stodden, with her mother’s consent. In the videos you can see a harmonious loving couple. But, all hell breaks loose. Doug is a creepy pervert, Alexis Stodden is a poor victim (or a whore) and her mother is a pimp.  Had Doug not gotten legal advice, he would have fallen prey to immense complexity of laws regarding adolescent sexuality and would be in prison as a child rapist as a punishment for his love affair.

Creepy Actor’s Creepy Marriage Should Be Illegal

Here’s the deal — Hutchison is 51 years old, and his new bride Courtney Alexis Stodden is a mere 16 years old!!! That’s right. She’s just a child and yet their "consensual" marriage to one another is as legal as they come apparently, thanks to none other than Courtney’s own mother!

Way to be a pervy creep and ruin a young girl’s life, Hutchison! Way to look out for your daughter, Moms! Is anyone sane in this really freakish situation?

How do people know that a happy marriage with a mature loving men will ruin a girl’s life? Nowadays, Romeo and Juliet would both be arrested, and the "Blue Lagoon" heroes (t least the boy) would be jailed after their return to "civilization".

Her parents should have been arrested for letting a 51 year old PERVERT MOLEST their MINOR CHILD! Because mo matter how "old" she looks, she is just that…a child! For them to marry means that at some time he was putting the "moves" on her, or even dating her! That is ILLEGAL in most states here! GAG! I JUST THREW UP IN MY MOUTH AT THE THOUGHT! Evolutionary psychologist explains

Evolutionary psychologist Robert Kurzban explains the human propensity to meddle in other people’s private lives, to outlaw victimless sex "crimes"

  1. FIRST comes an inner moral feeling (which usually serves to increase one’s own reproductive fitness).
  2. THEN, after the fact,we find some logical reasoning to justify our moral feelings. We invent victims even if there are none

Kurzban explains how, in a small community, everyone gains reproductive advantage by restricting other people’s sexual liberty.

Doug Hutchinson and wife Courtney Stodden in the News

Finding victims where there are none

In the above YouTube video, we see a happy couple with conservative attitudes about virgin marriage. Cruel, anti-teenage sexuality age-of-consent laws frequently destroy such a love affair with cruelty

Thousands of men, and a few women men have their life destroyed in similar situations. A unholy union of religious conservatives and repressive feminists decide, against Álexis’ will, that she is a poor victim. That adolescent Alexis Stoddenis a child [17] that can not consent* to sex. But in some jurisdiction she magically has maturity to consent to sex with boys of similar age, while in other states 2 adolescents are raping each other when engaging in consensual sex. Systematic language manipulation changes the meamings of words like rape*, consent*, child*, pedophile* etc. Our language has been distorted so much, that: had Doug fondled her, before marriage, with full consent, he might have as well raped her forcibly, it would be the same. The same punishment, and the same press reports ("Actor sentenced for raping child"). Doug Hutchinson was wise enough to avoid this, but thousands of men languish in jail for consensual sex with adolescent "children". The Antifeminist has feminism-is-sexual-trade-union-theory to explain such institutionalized cruel interference in private bedroom affairs.

‘Green Mile’ Actor Doug Hutchison, 51, Marries Aspiring Singer, 16

"We’re aware that our vast age difference is extremely controversial," the couple said in a statement released by their spokesperson. "But we’re very much in love and want to get the message out there that true love can be ageless."
According to the Clark County, Nevada Marriage Bureau, both marriage license applicants must be at least 18 years of age. But minors (below the age of 18) are able to obtain a license with the consent of a parent or legal guardian — reasoning that at least one of Stodden’s parents approves of their daughter’s May-December marriage.
Hutchison’s young wife is a former beauty pageant queen and hopes to become the next big thing out of Nashville. Marrying a much older D-list actor is certainly one way to do it — although the couple insists that their union is based purely on genuine love.

We wish the happy Courtney Alexis Stodden and Doug Hutchinson good luck in their planned reality TV show

Child porn laws victimize children and adults.

Irrational absurd child pornography laws

  • victimize children by making them sex criminals for taking, passing on or possessing harmless photos of themselves
  • put a large percentage of children at risk (those who possess so called child porn but are lucky not to be prosecuted)
  • victimize children by increasing actual sex crimes against children (Professor Milton Diamond). Some dangerous pedophiles end up abusing real children because they have no legal outlet perusing pictures.
  • victimize adults that inadvertently possess child pornography. Almost any computer has one potential child porn photo somewhere in a computer cache, recycle bin or spam email. Or in legally downloaded over-18 porn where the actress turned out to be a minor with a true valid government ID that “proved” she was over 18
  • victimize adults that, by sexual orientation, seek child pornography. The prohibition takes away the chance to use a harmless outlet, in the privacy of their home, that does not harm real live children. In the US, possession of photos carries higher penalties then actual forcible child abuse.

The discussion is further complicated by manipulative language that intentionally confounds children and adolescents, confounds  erotica and explicit pornography.  We will elaborate further below.

30 percent of 17-year-olds with cell phones report receiving sexually-explicit texts

In other words, 30% of our adolescents are committing felonies and are at risk of getting victimized by law enforcement and court prosecutors. They are at risk to become registered sex offenders.

A 13-year-old girl and a 12-year-old boy from Valparaiso have been charged with possession of child pornography and child exploitation after it was discovered they were using their cell phones to exchange nude pictures of themselves with each other.

sexting2222So the children are exploiting themselves. And photographing oneself is a heinous felony.

Maybe children should go to prison for looking at themselves in the mirror when nude. Obviously, what they see in the mirror is child pornography.

Actually, nude children themselves are child pornography. Children see children nude all the time, but they cannot photograph them. It is probably hard for them to fathom that a photo of what they see all the time is a terrible thing,  punishable with higher prison sentences then actual child beating , mutilation and child killing. The reason for this distorted logic is hard to understand. [1] [2]

Adult laws are crazy and insane, and thus hard to explain to reasonable children.

The “sexting” case is being dealt with in Indiana’s juvenile court system. In adult court, they could have faced 11 years in prison and been forced to register as sex offenders.

11 years in prison for photographing oneself. Pure insanity. If they inadvertently keep the photos it still can happen when they grow up [2]

Porter County Deputy Prosecutor Cheryl Polark told the Northwest Indiana Times that young people don’t understand the ramifications of texting nude pictures or posting certain material on social networking sites like Facebook. She said a nude picture could end up being shared with half the school and could get in the hands of people who seek out child pornography.

embarrassing nose-picking photo. Might haunt the kid once he becomes president or senatorIt is somewhat embarrassing if the photos get distributed all over school. But there are so many other embarrassing things in life that might end up on the internet. Photos of picking one’s nose, for example.

But what if they end up in the hands of people who seek out child pornography? Great! So these people could get child pornography that was produced without harming children!  And if they live far away, then even the anonymity of the children is preserved.

Child pornography reduces sex crimes

Don’t forget, as Dr. Milton Diamond proved very clearly, that free access to child porn reduces sex crimes against children. The explanation for this is that a pedophile can masturbate to the child porn and thus diminishes his sexual urge and the need to seek live children.

Of course, “watching child porn victimizes the child”, according to the Voodoo science of child pornography laws”. Again, we can not understand how a child gets victimized if someone secretly looks at their photos, 1000s of miles away, in the privacy of his home. Child pornography laws are simply irrational witch hunt.

We fail to protect children from serious life threatening damage, be it fetal alcohol syndrome or child food porn that kills millions prematurely.

Make war, not love

If mugging laws were like rape laws

Woman: I would like to report a mugging. Last year was drunk running around the street. I met a man who told me a sob story about her owing $1000 rent. He was very convincing. I felt so loving and caring that I just went with him to the ATM and gave him $1000. Now that I am sober, and after ruminating for a few months, I am sorry I gave the money and want to report this robbery. He deserves jail.

  • In a normal non-rape context, the receiving person might be asked to return the money. But never would he be jailed for robbery for accepting money from a lightly drunk stranger. Much less if she complained 6 months after the fact.

This post is not meant to ridicule true victims of forcible rape. It is meant as a reminder that, unlike in muggers, those accused of rape are not guaranteed constitutional rights of due process.

Alleged rapists are jailed based on unproven alccusations. Like Strauss-Kahn. This leads to suffering for the falsely accused. It also leads to waste of police time, and decreases the credibility of true victims of rape. It also encourages false accusations, see http://falserapesociety.blogspot.com/

Officer: You are very brave for coming forward. If you were drunk and driving, you would be arrested, but since you were just drunk and stupid, you’re a poor helpless victim. What monster could have done this to you?

Woman: His name is Joe Smith.

Officer: Well, we will go to his place of employment and very loudly announce that he is under arrest for such a terrible crime. He will probably lose his job just due to the accusation. If he is well known, even though he has not yet been tried, we will plaster his face over all newspapers and news channels. Luckily our society is one which no longer believes that “innocent until proven guilty” hogwash, we now have a “let’s hang him just to be safe” approach to crime. He will probably receive death threats, abuse from strangers in public, and may even be forced to move over this allegation.

Woman: Wow, that is great for revenge. What about the trial?

Officer: Even though we have no evidence other than your accusation, we will charge him, as no further evidence is needed thanks to new laws. If he takes it to trial, he will probably spend 15 years in prison, and will be the brunt of abuse of other inmates. Most likely however, the 15 year sentence will scare him enough that he will plead out. He will be in prison for 4-10 years, then when he get out and be on a public registry. If he has children he may never see them again. He will forever be ridiculed by the public and in a sense be a pariah.

Woman: And if after he has spent 7 years in prison, you find out I lied?

Officer: The DA will probably not even file charges, unless there is clear proof you knowingly and maliciously falsely accused the person. This is almost impossible, because you filed charges 6 months after the crime.  If there is absolutely convincing proof, or your confession, you will have to pay a $150 fine. If you have bad luck, we will sentence you to a year probation. We will try to keep it quiet, otherwise other mugging victims may not come forward. He may or may not be released. It helps us if he’s not because now our D.A. and police department can run around and show everyone that we’re doing a great job getting another violent, misanthropic criminal off of the street. It’s win win for everyone, and if he complains about how his life is ruined, he should just man up and get over it.

Woman: Oh no! But what happens if I want to report another mugging after you find out I have been lying?

Officer: Thanks to mugging shield laws, it can never be brought up at trial, you can put as many men in prison as you like.

786279aWoman: Well, if that’s the case, then I want to report another mugging. Bob Johnson, the cab driver, had mugged me a few nights ago. I know that he had me arrested because I had taken the ride and didn’t have any money to pay him, but it was really because he mugged me.

Officer: We will drop all charges against you and arrest Bob Johnson immediately.

Woman: A year ago I reported a (real) robbery. I had been walking around in a bad neighborhood, flashing my money around and someone threatened me with a knife and took my money. Police officer Miller took my report and actually brought the case to trial. But Miller also also told me that it is unwise to walk around drunk flashing cash at night in a bad neighborhood. That is victim blaming.  What sort of world is this where a woman can’t even run around drunk flashing all of his cash and become a victim of unwanted attention?
