Feminism overrides the constitution! Amazing! Rules of due process, presumption of innocence, “innocent until proven guilty”, are fundamental or constitutional law in most countries. So we adopted rape shield laws that forbade almost any evidence of the accuser’s prior sexual history with persons other than the accused, a rule that resulted in innumerable innocent men and boys being sent to prison for alleged rapes that never occurred. - That wasn’t enough, they said. So we adopted laws that eliminated the requirement of force, and innocent men and boys who misunderstood the acquiescence of a woman were sent to prison.
- That wasn’t enough, they said. So we enacted laws that eliminated the mens rea requirement for rape. Historically, in a rape prosecution, the guilty defendant must have had the intention to have intercourse with a woman without her consent. Too stringent, said the sexual grievance industry, and the requirement was lightened or dropped altogether.
- That wasn’t enough, they said. So we enacted laws (in the UK and a handful of US states) that legally forbade naming rape accusers. In the US, the news agencies and outlets have, by common consensus, agreed not to name rape accusers. The mere allegation of rape by the anonymous female, without any other evidence and no matter how far-fetched, invites a man’s name to be splashed all over the newspaper, TV, radio and Internet for the world to titillate at the details of his humiliation.

So we enacted laws that lengthened and even eliminated statutes of limitations for rape, and now, men are sometimes accused of and charged with alleged rapes that occurred 20, 30, 40 or more years after they supposedly occurred, effectively foreclosing the accused from mounting a meaningful defense because the evidence of their innocence has long disappeared.

The lone white man running 100 meters in under 10 seconds. 70 blacks and one white are in the select group of Athletes that run 100 meters in under 10 seconds. Even on the European Championship, he is the only white guy!
Maybe he could be the first white man in decades to qualify for the 100 meter finals? Maybe the races are not equal? Or are whites and Asians just disadvantaged and discriminated in running? See some politically correct attempts to explain away the obvious:

A misunderstanding: some people argue that the fact that there is one guy among 70 blacks is proof that the races are equal. Nobody argues that the races are totally different, it is the famous bell curve: there is a small difference in the mean, and a large difference at the extreme ends at the Bell curve. Just as there are no white top 10 world championship 100 meter runners, there are no black Math or Physics Nobel Prize winners.
Also very funny: those black racists, who gleefully defend black superiority in 100 meter running, are not aware that by the same logic and theory (see Rushton, below) Blacks are less intelligent and more prone to crime.

Fathers’ rights movie censored by Amnesty International due to feminists’ protest

The right to be a father
A very feeling movie, about men who are forbidden to see their kids. The movie is quite tame, it does not even mention that men of course have to pay half their income in exchange for not being allowed to see the kid.
The final version of the documentary about the discrimination against fathers in custody cases, and the mayhem it causes in our societies.
Produced by Sara Sivesson, Jerry Wallén, Sandra Atas and Oskar Krantz at the John Bauer high school in Sweden. The film was made as an entry in a Amnesty International contest regarding human rights.
Rumors are that women’s groups protested the movie and Amnesty International thus did not allow the movie in their contest. Another example of the amazing clout feminists wield to manipulate institutions to act in the feminist interest, making special rules and exceptions for feminist issues that the institution would never make for any other issues.
Amnesty sponsored a film competition, but when some finalists produced a film that angered feminists, the film was pulled from Amnesty’s YouTube site. Amnesty denies that pressure from an Uppsala women’s shelter was responsible for suppressing the film, but the shelter itself is gloating about its political clout.
The film, created by four high school students and titled, The Right To Be a Father, is a powerful depiction of how children are taken from their fathers by Sweden’s feminist family courts. Separating children from their fathers is not only a bedrock principle of the war against “patriarchy,” but also the bread-and-butter of the lucrative child custody industry, so it is not surprising that the sisterhood would come down hard on the heresy that feminists violate human rights.
The film was nominated for the final stage of the competition. Amnesty posted it on YouTube, and the creators were invited to the film gala in Gothenburg. “But our film was never shown at the festival, and the day after it also disappeared from Amnesty’s YouTube channel,” says Sara Sivesson, one of the creators. Female evolutionary Superiority in social manipulation causes feminist Language Distortions’ universal acceptance

The power of feminists is awe inspiring.
Feminists conquered and brainwashed the minds of lawmakers, police, press, the United Nations.
And people are not even aware of the sweeping changes feminists did, to encroach upon men’s rights, men’s well being, freedom. How much terror feminists managed to sow with teenage sex and child porn witch hunts. This sounds exaggerated? Please read on.
The feminist social manipulation skill superiority hypothesis
Females are superior in social manipulation & language distortion to foster their reproductive interest (An evolutionary hypothesis).
More provocatively it could be called “feminist cunningness hypothesis”, female evolutionary cunningness hypthesis, …… Any more naming suggestions?
Hypothesis: Females are vastly superior in social manipulation skills
In evolution, everything is result of an evolutionary arms race. (cheetah and gazelle’s running skills, bacteria vs. our bodily defense system, …) Skills and capacities get honed over time, to solve evolutionary tasks. Women, in evolutionary time, had the hard task to convince a much stronger man to assume his paternal role and take care of her offspring (which might be his, or even just his cuckold offspring). In any argument, men had clear superiority with 2 powerful weapons
- economical superiority: men were the hunters, they had the meat, they also could defend and own territory
- physical superiority: men could always win an argument by brute force, by simple violence.
So to achieve some kind of evolutionary long term equilibrium, women must have developed some weapeons to counter men’s economical & physical power. What weapons could they have?
- Social manipulation: gossiping among women, ganging up together against the common enemy, making intrigues, badmouthing a man, destroying his reputation, manipulating the opinion of other men (and women).
Women would actually need the skills to win over other men to defend the female agenda. In order to counter men’s physical superiority, women needed to be better then men at these social manipulation skills. They could not confront men clearly straight on, or else men could resort to the big stick argument. They would have to “con” men into doing what is in women’s interest, without men noticing.
Women would have to manipulate epecially skillfully, when it has to do with reproductive success, with getting men to provide for them and their kids, with men staying away from other women.
So the historical stone age balance of power is:
- men have economical and physical superiority,
- women have verbal manipulation, cunningness, intrigue, social manipulation.
Nowadays, men surrendered their physical and economical power. Women maintained and expanded their verbal manipulative social power
- Men surrendered both their advantages. Winning an argument with physical violence became criminalized. Women got to earn their own money, plus they get the government to collect pension money and child support from fathers that must pay up but have no say over how their money is being used. So most of the male power advantage waned.
- Mass media and the internet even increased the verbal manipulative power of women beyond what they had in the evolutionary EEA, 50 000 years ago.
This would explain womens total win on all fronts. They started winning when they outlawed bigamy, made it a crime for consensual adults to engange in marriage with several partners, and now are curtailing the rights to have consensual sex for pay, with adolescents, take one’s own photograph and doing DNA tests on one’s own children.
Anecdotal and other Evidence
It is self evident that women must have developed some skills to counter the obvious male physical superiority.
I will explain the
reasoning behind my female-social-manipulation-superiority hypothesis.
I was inspired by the
antifeminist blog’s feminist-trade-union-hypothesis.
Feminism as middle aged womens trade union to promote their selfish reproductive interest, even their plain interest in an easy life, trying to curb men’s access to more attractive or cheaper competitors.
I was wondering:
Why and with which methods do the feminist trade unions score such resounding victories
- how do feminists convince everyone else to promote their goals?
- And why are they winning the war on all fronts with absolute resounding victory?
- there must be a special evolutionary skill how feminists manage to convince male law makers to support their warped feminist “women studies” logic and distract from the egalitarian goal of creating “men’s studies” and “men’s rights” (Feminist arguments against prostitution debunked)

Religious Right Wants to Force Women to Implant Genetically Defective Embryos

Genetically Defective Embryos’ Right to Live: “There can be no selection between handicapped and non-handicapped life”
This is the opinion of the Christian government of the state of Bavaria and of a stong minority of the government of Germany. Pre-implantation genetic diagnosis of embryos to be implanted into women in fertility treatment should be outlawed.
Even though preventable, without abortion, and without having less offspring, women should be obliged bear defective children. These children will have a life of suffering, make their family suffer and be a burden to society. By simple pre-implantation genetic testing all this suffering could be avoided and instead a happy productive child could be born.
Religion prefers genetically damaged children to healthy children
I think only the twisted mind of religion could come up with such a perverted idea of how to create suffering on this earth. All this in the name of the rights of defective embryos! But, instead, a healthy embryo, already available, and ready to be implanted, will be discarded and distroyed.

Artificial insemination: Politicians want new legislation to ban genetic testing of embryos.
Maria Böhmer of the CDU, a senior official in Merkel’s Chancellery, is also calling for a rapid ban on PGDs. “There can be no selection between handicapped and non-handicapped life,” Böhmer said. The politician argued that it would be impossible to place limits on the selection of traits once doctors were permitted to do PGD tests.
Following a federal court decision that would allow pre-implantation genetic diagnosis procedures in Germany, a number of conservative politicians are calling for a tightening of German law to ensure that “selection” of embryos cannot take place.
A growing number of conservative politician in Germany are rallying for a swift prohibition on genetic testing of embryos produced via artificial insemination prior to implantation in a mother’s womb. The politicians with Chancellor Angela Merkel’s conservative Christian Democratic Union (CDU) and its Bavarian sister party, the Christian Social Union (CSU), are reacting to a ruling last Tuesday by the Federal Court of Justice that such procedures were not in violation of the country’s Embryo Protection Law.
“We need a swift change in the law to make clear that pre-implantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) does not lead to selection,” said Markus Söder, the health minister for the state of Bavaria. Söder, a member of the CSU, said he had sympathy for future parents who would want to do this, but that it was unacceptable that embryos could be destroyed through PGD procedures.

Government officials, celebrities and ordinary citizens from around the world have joined international human-rights organizations in a growing campaign against the stoning sentence given to Ms. Mohammadi Ashtiani. She was first convicted on May 15, 2006, of having an “illicit relationship” with two men, for which she received 99 lashes. At a subsequent trial of a man accused of murdering her husband, Ms. Mohammadi Ashtiani was charged with “adultery while being married”. Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani is a repeat offender. Already got 99 lashes for “illicit relationship” with two men, and then committed “adultery while being married”. Prof. Farhang, who resigned his diplomatic post over the holding of U.S. hostages in Tehran in 1979 and now teaches political science at Bennington College in Vermont, says the international campaign against the execution by stoning is having an effect.
“You hear two kinds of arguments,” he said. “Some attack the execution just because of the reprehensible nature of stoning. That’s widely heard inside Iran and among Iranians,” he said.
“Others attack the sentence because they’re opposed to any form of capital punishment,” he added. “That’s a more common international sentiment.”

- What is the logic behind heavy penalties for illicit sexual relationships and adultery?
In antiquity, When the Bible and the Koran were written, there were no birth control nor genetic paternity tests. Drakonian laws against adultery and pre-marital sex gave men sufficient trust that they were investing their life’s work and effort in their own offspring and not someone elses kid.
The Koran and the Bible were right, in their times: such laws could contribute to stability of family and society. Religious dogma and zealotism, unfortunately, prevent any rational modern re-analysis of these topics in the face of birth control and DNA testing. - Should people get heavy penalties for illicit sexual relationships and adultery?
Looking at things from a more rational point of view, I believe there is strong enough motive to prohibit people from having fun and enjoy their sexuality. Emphasis should be on birth control and disease prevention. Interestingly, protests are about stoning, not about being punished with death for adultery. Life in prison for adultery should be ok then?
Interestingly, there are no strong protests about the 99 lashes for sexual relationships and severe punishment for adultery. Sure, who are we, in Western countries, who give Genarlow Wilson a 10 year jail sentence for having oral sex with a girl 2 years younger then him (see more drakonian punishments in the section about teenage sexuality) - Punishment for Aultery?
If someone enters a marriage contract and swears sexual faithgulness, maybe s/he should be punished for breach of contract. Of course, the problem is that there is no freedom to negotiate the conditions of a marriage contract. Maybe marriage should be negotiable, with open free marriage being an option. - Are stoning and death penalty legitimate?
Maybe we need stricter laws for real heinous crimes by incurable repeat offenders such as violent hooligans, street gangs, bullies who clearly damage their victims and instill insecurity in society. Maybe such people should be executed. Maybe stoning would be very appropriate.

Junk food makes our children fat, obese and unhealthy which leads to disease and premature death. It does not kill instantly, only in the long run.
“Child Food-Porn” (Junk food advertising) makes our children obese & unhealthy. A 17 year-old cannot consent to sex (hence consensual sex with a minor is rape). A 3 year old obese child REALLY does not have the capacity to consent to overeating on junk food. Without valid consent, a child is “seduced” to ingest substances that causes disease and premature death. Feeding harmful substances that cause long term damage to a trusting infant without consent is slow “child poisoning”. Knowingly destroying the health of an innocent trusting infant is a heinous felony, perpetrated by junk food advertisors, vendors, and parents. Why are feminists so unconcerned about our children’s health and long life, but obsess about possession nude photos and consensual teenage sex?
Food Porn” (attractive food devoid of nutritional value) has become prevalent in the last 50 years. It has led to the greatest health epidemic on earth: obesity, diabetes, coronary heart disease. ….

Food Porn arouses Lust for Food with No Nutritional Value

The term “Food Porn” has been around for about 10 years. This expression “Food Porn” deserves to become more popular.
I define pornography as something created and marketed to titillate human pleasure centers (almost always to enrich the purveyors) while offering no redeeming effects on the body, mind or soul of the consumer other than a temporary, short-term satisfaction of the more base human appetites.
Food porn, then, is food which has been calculatingly created and marketed to satisfy our food lusts while offering little to no benefit—and usually harm—to the body, mind and soul.
Our fast food is usually food porn, as is much of the food found in our chain restaurants. Our supermarkets, however, are also brimming with food porn. If you can imagine a supermarket layout in your mind, I would classify the great majority of items in the isle sections as food porn (the stuff on the periphery tends to be more good than bad—think whole foods).
Food porn, like common porn, takes the basic form of something good, but in reality it is something artificial, fake and full of illusion. I know you know what the common porn is trying to simulate, but what food porn is trying to simulate is simply real food.
Take bread. Bread is good, right? You know, the staff of life? I invite you to go and look at the list of ingredients of 90% of the varieties of bread in the center isles of your supermarket, which I insist are not bread at all, but food porn.

Repression of sexual Porn is a puritan religious crusade. I don’t want to get into detail if sexual Porn might even be positive (sex education, rape prevention, psychological outlet).
