Often any remotely sexual activity with minors is called "rape". So one need not even have sex with the minor girl friend, kissing, necking, or God beware, petting is enough for rape charges. Conflation of sexual assault with rape seems to be underway for adults, too.

Adult woman gets herself drunk, out of her own volition and stupidity. Makes out with an equally stupid drunk guy. Even if the guy is twice as drunk as she is, she will never be the rapist. No gender equality!

How to get any man convicted of rape
The law is so stacked against men, that there is a surefire method to get any man jailed to suffer a decade of jail-rape. 7) Changed-her-mind-rape
A more general case of 5-second-rape. This includes cases where she withdraws consent so meekly, in the middle of the sex act, that he did not understand it. As has been stated before: in most contractual transactions it is not normal that the contract can be rescinded with 5 second notice, for no new formerly unknown fact.

Similar cases of mistaken-identity-rape happened where the woman believed she had sex with her boy friend, but it was an impostor, or the boy-friend’s twin brother.
So in deception-rape the rapist deceives the rape victim. The opposite is possible too: the rapist became a rapist because he was deceived by the rape victim!

A good friend of mine almost got caught with the ‘Sex-without-written-proof-of-consent-rape’. Luckily for him, it happened on a washing machine that had clothes lying around. After the cops showed up to arrest him, he gave his story, and they collected samples from under the “spot”. Only to find her juices (apparently she was a juicer) all over the place, not to mention having the kids in the other room. This charge was dropped. Unfortunately nothing ever seems to happen to these women, she got off scot free for trying to ruin his life permanently.
