Cliff Richard’s celebrity persecution for 1980’ies sex crimes

More hysterical nonsense about Cliff Richard and Jimmy Savile. Britain’s witch hunt continues. Famous entertainers get prosecuted for "crimes" they allegedly committed 40 years ago, during the sexually liberated 1960’ies and 70ies. They get charged with alleged "child sex" with 15 year old more than willing "children", or, more absurdly, *rape charges by women who somehow were not able to clearly say "no".  These men were so famous, they needed security guards to keep the screeching teenage girls away.

The source accused the police of organising a “fishing expedition”, claiming that the raid had been carried out in an attempt to generate the maximum amount of publicity. Telegraph

The prosecution is based mainly on "mutual corroboration": if 4 women, independently, allege the same type of crime, it must be true. In the case of a common violent criminal this is likely to be true. In the case of a celebrity known by 30 million women, it is quite likely that a few psychologically imbalanced women join the fray.  After all, they can earn fame and money.  Prosecution is also based on "recovered memories", long debunked by Elisabeth Loftus. And on rape accusations that are most likely false. Cliff Richard, like Rolf Harris and Jimmy Savile, is famous enough that his case was quoted in German "Der Spiegel". Thanks to the antifeminist and his commentators for furnishing further details on the British celebrity sex  hysteria.  

The friend said: “The whole thing is appalling because what they are doing, they are just going in there making as much noise about it as they can and seeing if anyone comes out of the woodwork to back it up. And if they don’t, they will still have wrecked someone’s life.” Telegraph

It is amazing that the sex hysteria persecution goes against fairly decent men, and not against the 70’ies rock bands that were famous for sexual debauchery with adolescent groupies. Maybe the purpose  of these sex witch hunts is to instill fear in the common decent man?

In the sexual liberation of the 60’ies, 70’ies, age of consent was considered repression of the past. A faction of the German Green PartyGerman Green Party  openly favored abolition of age of consent laws, the maligned Rind Study showed that no damage can be shown to arise from *consensual_ underage sex.  

    When will anyone learn that if you carry out a police-media trawl of any and every celebrity, then inevitably a line of variously motivated complainants comes forward? This is just as would be expected no matter how clearly innocent is the target. And they don’t come much more obviously innocent than Cliff Richard.

British witch hunt continues: Rolf Harris chided for complimenting 13 year old bikini body in the 1970ies

Operation Yewtree’s witch hunt continues in Great Britain. 80 year old entertainers get ruinous persecutions and rare convictions for groping willing groupie fans in the 1960íes to 1980’ies.

This was the rolling sexual liberation time before the feminist sex repression backlash. Britain’s sun had sexy topless 15 year olds on page 3, like Samantha Fox. In Germany, one could legally buy creepy nudist magazines with nude children of all ages. Playboy and Rock stars had their stable of 14 year old groupies that flew with them around the world. Child Porn was legal in most of the world.

Recent scandals about historic abuse accusations against deceased men have typically led to a media-feeding frenzy, with lurid accounts in TV documentaries and newspapers, often alleging paedophilic abuse. They come with a Greek chorus of activists and campaigning charities demanding justice for ‘victims’ or, more accurately, complainants.

The result is a veritable tsunami of blame, engulfing every institution with which the deceased had dealings, each of which is targeted by claimant lawyers looking for compensation. Undeniably, the money motive looms large in these historic sex scandals.

And now:

Veteran entertainer Rolf Harris has admitted that he admired a 13-year-old friend of his daughter sexually while on holiday.

Harris, who wore a dark suit and red tie and was supported in the public gallery by wife Alwen and other family members, sat in the witness box as he admitted that he might have complimented the girl’s bikini on holiday when she was 13.

What extreme worry: murder has a statute of limitation, but admiring adolescent beauties does not. Note that legal movies like blue lagoon could never be made again, as they clearly would be child porn by today’s laws.

Women are encouraged to come forward with false and exaggerated old claims, because they get government moneys and the right so sue for huge damages. And, of course, female false accusers (almost) never get as much as a slap on the wrist.

10 unproven allegations are considered proof of the crime. But these allegations were called for by a media frenzy that actually calls for such allegations and rewards them. Note also that there is a percentage of mentally unstable women who confuse fantasy with reality, and

Age of Consent and the Demonization of Normal Male Sexuality

Which brings me to a larger issue. What the fuck is up with statutory rape? It’s a joke law made up by joke legislators without a scintilla of real world experience with women. Am I supposed to request age identification from every full-bodied young woman who comes onto me? There are 13 year olds out there who look like grown women. At the borderline of 16 to 18 years old, many women could easily pass for mid to late 20s. It is well known by neuroscientists and psychologists studying these things that women mature faster than men. Women’s brains gel into adult-shaped contours sooner. A full breasted and wide-hipped 17 year old hottie who flirts with me knows exactly what she is doing and what she wants. She is no child to be coddled. And yet, I could be thrown in jail if I slept with her assuming she was an older girl, even if it was something we both consensually desired.

This is abject bullshit. The law makes it a necessity to demand age identification with every young woman a man might want to fuck who could conceivably pass for a teenager. This means background checks on women in their 20s. And what about women who lie? They exist, lots of them. Is a statutory rape charge for the man the just response — the *fair* response — to a lying woman who wanted the sex as much as he?

It’s time to end the charade of statutory rape. If the “underage” woman is physically developed, and she consents to the sex, there is no rape charge, period. For chrissakes, there are 14 year olds in parts of the world getting married off and pumping out children of their own.
