Trayvon Martin, black rage and political correctness

Trayvon Martin was killed by neighborhood watch activist George Zimmermann. Police accepted Zimmermann’s claim of self defense. Now the political correctness crowd and the Black Rights movement latched on to the case and demand George Zimmermann’s arrest and conviction. Unopposed and unpunished, the New Black Panther organisation has offered a bounty to hunt down Zimmermann for unnamed purposes. And there is an unspoken assumption that Trayvon would be justified to physically attack Zimmermann had he used any racial slur.

Was it Self Defense or not?

If Trayvon Martin seriously attacked George Zimmermann, then it was self defense. If Zimmermann approached and attacked Trayvon Martin, then it was not self defense.

We can not give the final answer to this question. In a few weeks we hopefully have forensic analysis of the 911 calls, of the Trayvon Martin’s body (to see if he has signs of having hit Zimmermann) and of Zimmermann’s injuries (if this proof has not been lost due to lack of initial police investigation), and of witness statements.

Initially we were quite convinced by Trayvon Martin FAQ that Trayvon did seriously attack Zimmermann. Also note Zimmermann made 40 police reports already, without ever shooting anyone.

But now a police video shows Zimmermann with no blood or visible injury. Well, we hope (for Zimmermann’s sake) that there is a good explanation, that he got his wounds expertly treated before the video. We could say that if Zimmermann embellished the beating story, that still does not mean that he was not viciously attacked. Like fanatic feminists: "Yes Nafissatou Diallo told dozens of lies about the alleged rape, other rapes, immigration. This does not mean that she wasn’t raped by Dominque Strauss-Kahn"). But it would seriously undermine George Zimmermann’s credibility. If he is an over-zealous racist vigilante, who shoots an innocent boy, let him get punished.

We see elements of manipulation: seemingly 17 year old Trayvon Martin has only 3 year old photos where he looks like an inoffensive boy, while Zimmermann seems only to have a criminally looking mug shot. And why does no-one clarify Trayvon’s school suspensions (I have never been suspended in school. Have you?).

Justifying black violence

If Zimmermann followed Trayvon, if he, God beware even used the N word, then most people would take it for granted that Trayvon Martin had the right to whoop Zimmermann.

It is interesting, the black (?) commentators write that the white guy attacked with a broken bottle. I clearly see him as defensive in the video, trying to keep the black aggressors away from him and only breaking the bottle after being attacked by multiple attackers.

Typically, black violence is seen as justified against the historic white oppressor. (See the Rodney King case). Similarly, women that kill 2 3 4 or mutilate sleeping husbands are excused as acting in self defense, as victims of alleged violence.

This rage is fed by political correctness ideology. Blacks are told that the reason for all black hardship lies in discrimination by the evil white man. This feeds the rage against the oppressor. If Black poverty and other disadvantages were attributed to their own behavior, their own lower iq and lower impulse control, they would not feel justified to lash back. The same hate is created in women when they believe the pay gap is due to patriarchal oppression and not to female choice, lower work hours, less risk.

The life of the photographer, his children and family were ruined by long prison sentences.

Around 2003, the US repressed, with heavy prison sentences, child modeling sites with non-nude children and with adolescents dressed in light clothes like swimsuits and lingerie. These sites were careful to stay legal, to have no nudity, semi-nudity nor sexual behavior. To no avail. The harmless fairly innocent photos were determined to be child pornography.

Of course, such expanded child pornography definitions can criminalize department store child swimsuit catalogues (so much that Human-Stupidity thought it wiser NOT to even repost catalogue photos) or parent’s nude baby photos in the bath tub

Tuscaloosa County photographer sentenced to federal prison in child modeling porn case

A Tuscaloosa County photographer was sentenced today to serve five years and seven months in federal prison on child pornography charges for providing pictures of underage Birmingham area girls in provocative clothing and sexually suggestive poses to a child modeling website.

After his release from prison Jeff Pierson, 47, also will have to serve 10 years on supervised release by the U.S. Probation Office and register as a sex offender, U.S. District Judge Scott Coogler ordered at today’s hearing. Coogler ordered Pierson to report to prison on March 9. […]

A few of the girls who had their photos taken by Pierson were at today’s hearing. Coogler offered them a chance to make a statement in the courtroom but they declined.

Now the girls are making statements. Several of the 16 "victims" speak out in a campaign to clarify they enjoyed the photo sessions and were in no way traumatized. Or rather, how they were severely traumatized by the hysteria in press and the police prosecution.

I understand. That’s why I can’t get some models to join our campaign. They agree with us and support us but they don’t want this to be a part of their lives anymore, and I don’t blame them. But I will do everything I can to set the record straight and any webe models (even if they weren’t my dad’s) who want to join this campaign are more than welcome. 4

Normal department store child lingerie photos can become child porn, when collected in ways that indicate that the interest is not in the clothing (See Copine scale, also Knox vs. USA). The children do not get victimized by millions of viewers of their newspaper ad. But according to the voodoo theory they get victimized when the same photos are being watched by a photo collector with potential prurient interest. Remember, Dr. Milton Diamond has proven the opposite, that availability of child erotica and child porn reduces actual child abuse crimes.

Only 1% Michelin starred restaurants have women chefs: discrimination? or women can’t cook?

Glass ceiling in cooking?

Are women prevented from cooking? Prevented from opening their own restaurant to make it to fame? Or does Michelin’s female director discriminate against women in their rating? How does the evil patriarchy prevent women from becoming a top cook?

Most woman in the world, but not many men, learn how to cook. So it can not be for lack of female practitioners. It is alleged, but in no way proven, that dearth of female practitioners is the cause of lack of female success in chess, snooker, darts. In tennis the reason is probably the lack of athletic prowess in women, which does not prevent women from earing more in Wimbledon tennis, and for getting promoted as firemen (ahem firefighters) with equal pay in spite of lowered standards in physical fitness which hampers woman’s capacity to lug victims out of harm’s way.

Anyone who can name a field where women out-do men in the very top echelon, please speak up in the comment section.

The guide awards one to three stars to a small number of restaurants of outstanding quality. One star indicates a "very good cuisine in its category", a two-star ranking represents "excellent cuisine, worth a detour," and three stars are awarded to restaurants offering "exceptional cuisine, worth a special journey". The guide’s editor, Derek Bulmer, said: "For the first time we are seeing women reach the top jobs in starred restaurants. Ten years ago we would not have seen this.

"If it continues at the same rate it’s no longer going to be the male dominated industry that it traditionally has been."

We will see if women will out-perform men as chefs in the remote future.

Male variance is greater

Evolution equipped men with larger variance on almost all traits like intelligence and math ability 2 3 4. This is due to the fact that in the EEA almost all women, but only the top men procreated and had offspring. So men (red curve in graph) take greater risks and are thus over-represented on the top (CEO, Nobel prize, world champions, and top cooks) and on the bottom (homeless, retarded, criminal). Compared to women (blue curve) that cluster towards the middle.

This is why quotas on the top are inherently unjust, in spite of the world’s politicians having been brain washed by feminist ideology. Interestingly, even in Norway, where women have mandatory 40% quotas on company boards, these board elect CEOs that are mostly male.

Weidmann’s letter, which found its way into the columns of the conservative Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung newspaper, appeared to suggest more secure collateralization for the overall ECB credits to weaker EMU central banks, which now amount to more than €800 billion under the ECB’s Target-2 electronic payment system.

Hasn’t the Euro already been destroyed by insane spending and borrowing? World wide, governments borrow money with no intent to ever pay it back. Rather they pay it with the next loan.

And then they are unable to afford the new loan because the interest increased. This is not unexpected, it has caused insolvency in Latin America 20 years ago.

Brazilian congress plans heavy fines to companies whenever a woman gets paid less then a man

Even in countries with Latin machismo like Brazil, feminism is almost unopposedly changing laws to unjustly benefit women at the detriment of men. They even have slut walks in Brazil on 4th of July in São Paulo.

The Brazilian congress is examining the bill 6.393/2009. If passed into law, companies will be fined retroactively every time a woman earning less than a man. The fine is five times the pay difference observed throughout the entire employment period.

Snooker: no woman in the top 30. Do we need quotas for women?

Women’s snooker has always been a contentious subject; the sad fact that there has never been a woman player ranked in the top thirty two seems to prove the general view that “snooker is not there game”. This is a nice way of saying “women can’t play snooker”.

There have been many and various reasons given as to why women can not match the men in this field of sport. The first reason is the ratio of male players to female players in all tournaments; in fact it is the only sound reason known but still partly an excuse, there has to be an obvious or simple explanation.

Woman competitors in tennis, golf, cricket, athletics; all concede they are inferior to men (in strength) by accepting a rules change for there benefit, but in snooker there is no strength advantage, nor is there any reason for a condescending rule to make lady snooker players feel inferior.^

No woman in the top 30 in snooker? As we know, gender is socially constructed. There is no reason why women would perform worse at snooker then men. Therefore, to right past injustice, the blatant discrimination by the patriarchy, women should get quotas in the top 30 snooker rankings.

Let us enforce 40% quotas, like in Europe’s boardrooms 0 1 2. This would require 12 women to be promoted into the top 30 snooker players. (please excuse our sarcasm)

But what most prevents women from reaching the boardroom, say bosses and headhunters, is lack of hands-on experience of a firm’s core business. Too many women go into functional roles such as accounting, marketing or human resources early in their careers rather than staying in the mainstream, driving profits. 3,

In sports like Tennis, chess, snooker there are objective criteria of a person’s performance. So it is ridiculous to demand to force women into the top 30 ranks, if they objectively don’t fulfill the requirements.

It does not matter why! Be it for innate deficiencies, be it for lack of interest, lack of breadth of the player basis. It does not matter, they don’t perform and thus deservedly are not in the top 30. In chess, there is only one woman in the top 100. In Tennis women painstakingly avoid competing against men, except against aging ex-champions.

In top management there are no such unassailably objective criteria, and thus it is not possible to prove beyond reasonable doubt if women are put into these jobs unjustly. Though Warren Farrell made a pretty strong point towards explaining why women deservedly rarely make it into the best paid top positions.

One woman among the top 100 chess players. But 40% quotas in management and parliament?

Why would women be chanceless against men even in Chess, Snooker and Darts? It does not involve fighting skills, physical prowess. The facts are clear, there are almost no women among the top players, even in these non-physical sports.

Judit Polgar, ranked #32, by far the strongest woman player with a score of 2710, never became woman’s world champion because she chose to only compete in men’s tournaments. The second rated woman, with a score of 2605 is way below the # 100 ranked man with 2652 points.

The Women’s World Chess Championship is played to determine the women’s world champion in chess. Like the World Chess Championship, it is administered by FIDE. Unlike most sports, women are able to compete against men in chess, and so some women do not compete for the women’s title. Notably, the world’s top rated female player, Judit Polgar, has never competed for the women’s title Greatest Women’s World Chess Champion

There are 2300 male Grand Masters and 22 female Grand Masters.

Human-Stupidity Analysis

Maybe this patriarchal discrimination can be repaired by a quota system, by nominating 1500 women grand masters! All of Europe thinks this is a good system to get women into board rooms and political power 0 1 2.3, So why not do this in chess. We are sorry we can not restrain our sarcasm.

Women can not compete against men even in chess, snooker, go and darts. Top 10 women tennis players are chanceless against top 500 male players and can barely compete with male college players. Nevertheless women achieved equal pay for less play in Wimbledon and other top competitions.

Feminism, political correctness and the discredited and debunked blank slate theory interpret all natural, inborn differences as "discrimination" that needs to be corrected by affirmative action. Various countries enacted (or plan to enact) 30% to 50% quotas in parlament and for top executives. Under the guise of counteracting a long debunked "wage gap" such regulations and fear of "discrimination" law suits put women ahead of more qualified male competitors. And of course there are no female quotas on death row, in prison, among the homeless to equalize the "glass bottom".

The name "My house, my life" shows the extreme importance of a first hard earned house. And this will automatically go to the woman! Even in the case of a simple "stable relationship" with no marriage, no children. Even if there is a pre-nup contract determining separation of property. Even if the relationship was short, even if the man exclusively paid for the house. There goes his dream in the name of equality for women

In the case of separation, divorce, or undoing of a stable long term relationship, the ownership title of the real estate acquired through "My House, My Life" will be given to the women, or transferred to her regardless of the marital property regime.

The new rule applies to families with income range of up to three minimum wages that hat 95% of the value of the property financed by the program. […]
