Now Richard Prince’s photograph of the picture, called “Spiritual America,” has been yanked from a major exhibition at the Tate Modern. If pedophiles didn’t already know about “Spiritual America,” the Richard Prince photo taken of a nude, heavily-made-up 10-year-old named Brooke Shields, they do know. London police made headlines by yanking the photo from an exhibition at the Tate Modern after child exploitation groups protested, saying it could be a “magnet for pedophiles.” nj.com So what if it becomes a magnet for pedophiles? What if 300 pedophiles crowd into the art museum’s room to see the picture? What damage would be caused?We have so many real problems in this world. The same exploitative photo was in Playboy in the 1970ies or 1980ies. We can see the horrendous damage that has been caused to Brook Shields and to millions of readers of that Playboy edition. She must still be a wreck today at 42 years of age.
I guess all people over 40 who have seen these and similar photos, are probably totally screwed up. They did not see only this one photo, but photos of nude 12-16 year olds were routinely in newspapers (page 3) and in youth magazines like Bravo or on the cover of prestigious German news magazine “Der Spiegel”. Junkies don’t want Aids. They want to use clean needles. Clean needles eliminate the Aids problem in injectable drug addicts. So, logically, let’s provide clean needles! A non-brainer. But then comes drug policy, moralistic prejudice, (unconscious) wish to punish the sinners with Aids, police arrest for needle possession. Result: addicts use dirty needles and get HIV.

Of course, if we furnish needles, we should also furnish anti-addiction therapy, public information, etc. Some think one should not spend money to prevent addicts from getting AIDS: these addicts pass on AIDS to non-addicted innocent partners, who then could pass it on to you and me. And once an addict has AIDS, society helps to treat the medical AIDS cases with massive financial investments. Needles are cheaper!

Recent technological advances in DNA paternity tests could uncover female adultery and liberate a cuckold from life long payments. This drakonian law is from Britain. But in most countries, genetic testing by cuckold fathers is getting complicated. In Germany, a similar law to impose jail sentences on fathers was defeated.

Why not 3 years in jail for deceiving a man and make him pay for a child that is not his?
A woman who makes a cuckold dad work for 20 years to pay a few hundred thousands $, €, £, for a child that is not his, causes severe financial and emotional damage to a man. Then later on, society wants to protect the child by preventing dad from knowing he is not the father. Well, the culprit for any trauma to the child is the lying cheating woman.
Does she get 3 years in jail for that? For causing trauma to her husband and her child? No. the law protects her. It makes it hard or impossible for a man to find out the truth about her cheating. And if he finds out he usually is required to go on paying.
When paternity testing is useful for the women, it will be enforced and used to prove paternity, so father can pay up. And pay he must, always. If the sperm is the man’s, he has to pay child support.

Danmell Ndonye, a college girl at Hofstra University invited a few guys to have sex with her, at the same time. Then she was ashamed for what she did and reported them as rapists. The guys were arrested, their photos and names went on national TV, newspapers, internet. One woman’s lie trumped 4 guys’ coherent story.
One guy had videotaped the event that showed the girl enjoyed it. So they finally got out of jail. No charges were pressed against the false accuser, in spite of overwhelming proof and confession that Danmell Ndonye lied.
We have handed our young women the keys to the jailhouse cell and have given them the power to destroy the lives of our young men by crying “rape.” But because rape has become so terribly gender-politicized, there is no consensus about what to do when our young women abuse that power. Rape accusers are readily believed, no matter how far-fetched their tales. This is completely opposite the standard rape industry mantra, but it is true. All well intended human laws are soon abused by opportunists. Tenant protection law gets abused by squatters, welfare laws by lazy “professional welfare recipients”. And rape prevention laws get abused by “sorry after the sex” criminally lying females.
Before feminists took over and Rape Laws dismantled due process, there probably were not too many false rape accusations. Well, except where women wanted to convince lynch mobs that applied only a litte more due process then today’s justice system.
It is very unusual that a guy videotapes his sex acts. Actually it is in bad taste, to videotape sex without the consent of the girl. But here it saved his .ss, literally. It showed a porn movie with Danmell Ndonye a willing participant enjoying the sex. Normally such tapes are the nail in the coffin, if the girl or any guy were underage, it would get them all in jail. Wasn’t he lucky nobody disappeared with this evidence?
Hundreds of innocent men in jail for false rape accusations
Statistically, for one such case where filming proved the lie, there are probably 20 cases where the girl looks incoherent enough (like here where the rope could not be found, etc), and the guys get off, after a few months in jail. And another 80 cases where the guy simply has no proof and he goes to jail for 20 years.
So there are probably 100 guys rotting in jail for each such high profile proven false rape case. They just could not prove their accuser wrong. And the rape accuser needs no proof to get a man into jail.
Constitutional Rights of due process were voided in feminist witch hunts
Our forefathers had reasons to enshrine rules of due process in our constitutions. Sadly these rules make it difficult to convict mobsters, bullies, and other well known criminals. So feminists managed to create exceptions for cases in their interest (rape, domestic violence, underage porn, child support, paternity tests, …).
Guilty until proven innocent. Jail first, investigate later. Free only if innocent beyond reasonable doubt.
It is beyond me how feminists managed to anull constiturional rights and invert due process in their witch hunt. A witch has to prove that she did not cause the hail storm. And an accused rapist has to prove he did not rape a his girl friend of 15 years, or a girl he never met, or a girl that made out with him in public and willingly walked up into his apartment
It is beyond my understanding, why constitutional courts don’t throw out these laws and these conviction. So big is the power of feminism..

If she had said the rape happened 6 months ago, and in reality she never had sex, there could be no tape proving the contrary. Well, except surveillance cameras that occasionally help discover lies.

If the guards interfered and hurt a thug, they would stand accused of hurting the perpetrator. The guard could face dismissal, ruinously expensive lawsuits, jail. It is safer for the guards not to interfere. And this is what the official security company policy is.
