Child Porn on Australian WTV television (and in video stores and academy award winning movies "The Tin Drum")?

The 1978 film Felicity was promoted by its makers as a movie that "follows the exploits of a sheltered teen as she sheds her inhibitions and surrenders her blossoming body to a world of bold sexual adventure".

The 90-minute film avoided an X rating on its release and was rated R 18+ because censors believed it contained "scenes of intercourse, implied fellatio, lesbian activity and dialogue" discreet enough for restricted viewing.

Sound like a movie that was slightly pornographic then, and now certainly fulfills the criteria for child porn as laid out in the Copine scale and Dost test.

This, of course, is a big mistake. Movies, newspaper, magazines that were main stream in the 70’s nowadays are child porn. In Germany, video stores routinely got raided for having ldft over soft core or hard core videos that formerly were legal. Most people are unaware that the child porn hysteria is relatively new.

In 1978, Britain’s newspapers had nude girls on page 3, Holland  legally distributed hard core porn with 16 and even 15 year old girls, Germany’s reputable "Der Spiegel" put a 14 year old nude on their cover, and all over Germany, nudist magazines showed nude boys and girls of any age frolicking at beaches.  The only reason that Video store owners don’t get arrested DVD’s of "The blue Lagoon" and "Taxi driver" is that this would cause a scandal and would expose the ridiculousness of the CP (child pornography) witch hunt. These mainstream movie films have underage actors depicting underage characters engaging in sexual activites. Pure child porography.

Copine/ Sap Scales, Dost Test: Severity of child porn

SAP scale

In 2002, the sentencing advisory panel (SAP) of England and Wales devised the SAP scale, condensing the different levels of child porn from 10 to 5 It dropped the Copine levels 1 to 3 completely.  The SAP levels indicate increased seriousness of the crime, and are also considered indications of the dangerousness of the offender (which is problematic).  See Sexual deviance: theory, assessment, and treatment.

Dost Test

In order to better determine whether a visual depiction of a minor constitutes a "lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area" under 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A), the court developed six criteria. […]

1) Whether the focal point of the visual depiction is on the child’s genitalia or pubic area.

Harmless photos might become child pornography, when cropped in a way that they emphasize clothed genital areas. Cropping a photo (with emphasis on the genital areas) turns it from a legal mainstream newspaper child swimsuit photo into a heinous child porn photo. It is hard to understand how the child in the photo can be victimized by cropping the photo.

Concerning the lascivious display of clothed genitalia, the Department of Justice described use of the Dost test in child pornography and 2257 documentation regulations in a 2008 rule, writing that the precedent United States v. Knox, 32 F.3d 733 (3d Cir. 1994) did not prohibit ordinary swim team or underwear model photographs, but "although the genitals were clothed in that case, they were covered by thin, opaque clothing with an obvious purpose to draw attention to them, were displayed by models who spread or extended their legs to make the pubic and genital region entirely visible to the viewer, and were displayed by models who danced or gyrated in a way indicative of adult sexual relations." The test was criticized by NYU Law professor Amy Adler as forcing members of the public to look at pictures of children as a pedophile would in order to determine whether they are considered inappropriate. Everything becomes child pornography. 

You will see in the Copine scale analysis below, that any department store adolescent lingerie catalog can become child pornography, when collected by a man that might get excited by the photos.

Human-Stupidity Analysis

The Copine scale (and the derived Sap scale) is a good attempt to rate child pornography on one dimension, by its "seriousness".

It totally fails to consider 2 other important dimensions

  1. age:  penetrative sex with a toddler or with a 17 year old have the same rating (Copine 9 out of 10). The first causes serious injuries and is surely unnatural. The second is perfectly legal in Europe where the age of consent is 16, a natural legal act between adolescent lovers, still it is one of the most serious levels of child porn. An adolescent couple can legally have sex, but they cannot photograph themselves doing it. Otherwise they get victimized by themselves (?). Human-Stupidity believes they get victimized by the insane laws.
  2. consent vs. non-consent: consensual S/M spanking play of adolescent minors or kidnapping torture are the same (Copine 10, the highest rating)

Reddit men’s rights is one of the most powerful sites countering feminist indoctrination and propaganda on the web. Even mens rights proponents are scared out of their wits about the greatest taboo on earth, the child porn witch hunt.

The founder and moderator of reddit’s r/mensrights reported this photo to authorities. If men’s rights movement joins the witch hunt that jails mainly men for decades for mere possession of photos often almost as harmless as the one in question here, who will defend men’s rights to liberty? Note that the photo has a deeper meaning, about how men’s “pussy obsession” allows women’s to have power in men’s life.

He is worried about this:

“r/mensrights, a forum for over 21,000 disgruntled misogynists, claims that they seek to rescind laws that protect rape victims, molested children, and battered women in order to ‘restore equality to men.’ Given the shocking content that is being called ‘pornographic’ that was posted and endorsed by its fan base, it seems only fitting that their motives be called into question. the image is reported to contain two very young children exploring each other’s sexual organs. Does this community really wish to do justice for ‘oppressed’ men? Or do they just want carte-blanche to victimize children and rape their wives?”

Femimedia would eat that kind of shit up.

The reddit r/mensrights moderator might be right. It is worse saying anything in defense of “child porn” then saying “the earth revolves around the sun, the bible got that wrong” during the middle age inquisition. I’m fucking disgusted and I’m fucking pissed, and I almost closed and locked the forum, but I don’t want to take it out on all 21,546 other users. don’t do that shit.

Now reporting this to child porn persecution authorities, that really is going overboard. But, asacp probably think kloo2you is pulling their leg and will not report this to police, afraid of making themselves a laughing stock. So maybe not much damage is being done.

Imagine if this same image was posted on a feminist forum, would the asacp need to be involved? LOL! of course not!

There is a major rift in the “Men’s rights movement”. Most men’s righters are conservative fathers who are worried about the false domestic violence accusation industry, about debtor’s prison for fathers unable to pay the alimony that reduces them to work slaves. They could care less about the thousands men being locked up in prison for 20 years for often inadvertent possession of photos, often of mere nude adolescent erotica  (read more here) or for having consensual sex with a 17 year old girl that was in a over-21-bar thanks to a fake ID.

20 years ago I overheard leading academic authorities in sexology “Child Porn is the new witch hunt”.  So is adolescent sexuality.

So if mainstream men’s rights thinks they need to join the unjust persecution of men for possession of harmless photos, they should re-name themselves “father’s rights”.     Children of 17 years, 12 years, 5 years, 1 year, 1 month of age are all protected strict laws from being abused  by viewers of sexual erotic photos and videos. Owning such photos of children and looking at such photos and videos is child abuse.

    But why this 0-18 year age limit? The 18 year cutoff rate already is getting softened. Europe and Australia already punish the possession of depictions of "aparently underage" for 22 year old women in pony tails that look as if they were 17 years old. Thus  the law now protects young looking 22 year old women from child abuse. (see 17 year old "children"?)

    Now we need to work on the other end of the age range. Who says that the lower age limit  for child pornography prosecutions has to be zero year old new borns? Embryos and fetuses need protection against abuse and rape, too. Right from conception, when human life is created.

    17 year old "children"? United Nations confesses political manipulation of "child" definition

    The United Nations manipulated the definition of "child" on purpose! So child protection laws could be extended to adolescent youth without need to be voted again. Human-Stupidity.com found the smoking gun. Proof is on the United Nations web site.

    Q – What does the UN mean by "youth," and
    how does this definition differ from that given to children?

    The United Nations, for statistical purposes, defines ‘youth’, as those persons between the ages of 15 and 24 years,[…]  By that definition, therefore, children are those persons under the age of 14.
    It is, however, worth noting that Article 1 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child defines ‘children’ as persons up to the age of 18. This was intentional, as it was hoped that the Convention would provide protection and rights to as large an age-group as possible and because there was no similar United Nations Convention on the Rights of Youth.     The United Nations web site confesses, expressis verbis, that the language confusion was created so that childhood laws could be transferred to adolescents, without undergoing scrutiny and without needing to be voted for. The United Nations, on their own website, admit that this age definition was made for manipulative purposes, and in contradiction of  their own age definitions elsewhere.

    "Seduction of an adolescent" or "unlawful sex with a 17-year-old" does not sound dramatic enough. It is easier to get harsh laws against "child rapists". Equally, it is easier to convict for "child pornography" then for possession of tasteful "nude photos of a 17 year old".  Just manipulate the language to manipulate the masses! And government, press, judges, jury.

    For the past 2000 years, before feminists took over the United Nations,

    • a child was a person under 12 or 14 years of age
    • pornography was depiction explicit sexual activity
    • rape was violent forceful sexual penetration against a resisting victim
    • consent was, well, consent. Saying yes. Independent of age.

    Is it not strange that all these terms were diluted to create confusion?

    We will focus on how the United Nations manipulated the definition of "Child" in order to force the world to ratify child protection laws for adolescent youths.

    Most people are unaware: Age of consent  laws and "child" porn laws don’t just scare people away from "underage" persons.

    To be on the safe side, one should not possess porn with anyone that looks under 25 or 30, and not try to get involved romantically with anyone that looks under 30.

    Legal argument and laws about "child pornography" and "child abuse" severely violate this basic rule from from college writing classes English 101. Science and law also try to get clear and concise definitions.
