PC (Political correctness) " tolerance"  is intolerant.

PC demands tolerance towards all "minorities"  but is inherently intolerant towards the majority.

The limits between socially acceptable and legally allowed freedom of speech are unclear. S/he whose expression of opinion treads into these realms, need not fear legal sanctions but can count on social sanctions.

This includes everything from moral condemnation and social ostracism to libel, personal defamation, ridicule of his person, slander and bullying. Because of the perceived breaking of taboos, which consist of speech outside the social consensus, many critics and especially their followers perceive no need to seriously deal with the contents of the criticized statement or to even make an effort to mentally absorb and understand the content [of this taboo speech].

Thus, tolerance turns into intolerance: […] who deems marriage a matter between a man and a woman is blamed for discrimination and homophobia. Who sets forth the Catholic position on homosexuality, is marginalized in talk shows. 23 The calls for tolerance thus easily turn into intolerance towards those [dissenters] who indeed tolerate PC opinion, but do not consider such it as morally equal.

PC police terror is intolerant even towards those dissenters who are tolerant of PC creeds.

Actually, Sarrazin is still too optimistic: hate speech laws are restricting legally allowed free speech, with the US the only bastion of constitutionally protected free speech. 2  3 4 5

People who were persecuted in former communist East Germany notice that they are persecuted again in " free" West Germany.

Selling millions of book copies is living proof, that Thilo Sarrazin‘s freedom of expression is not repressed.1 Deceptively false PC (politically correct} logic ignores that Thilo Sarrazin got removed from his German Central Bank job, Sarrazin’s house gets paint-bombed, Sarrazin’s events disturbed with whistles, tomatoes and stinking feces.  Thilo Sarrazin should be punished, the United Nations demanded of the German Government.

‘Anti-semitic’ comedian Dieudonné M’bala M’bala has his show cancelled in France after Nicolas Anelka’s inverted Nazi ..

The first stage of a Tour de France by the controversial stand-up comedian Dieudonné M’bala M’bala was banned on Tuesday as a threat to public order – igniting a legal and political row over censorship and free speech. Dieudonné’s show has been widely condemned as anti-semitic.

Politically correct speech codes and hate speech laws are creating medieval repression. It is hilarious that the victim of the censorship is Black, a protected class, and that the extreme right supports his rights to free speech.

Almost all 6,000 places for Thursday’s show in Nantes in western France had been sold at up to €43 a ticket before the local prefect, acting as chief of police, ordered the performance to be cancelled.

6000 people have voted with their wallet, and are prevented from seeing as show they want to see.

The censorship effort makes him famous, but if there is no place in France that he can do his shows, the fame is of little benefit.

Lulu Application sued, outlawed in Brazil: privacy or censorship?

The Press reports that a Brazilian man sued Lulu and Facebook for defamation and breach of intimacy, conveniently omitting that TubbyApp, the Lulu Version for Men to rate women was already outlawed by a Brazilian court.

Women always tend to be more equally protected under the law, then men.

The male version of the Application (TubbyApp), was outlawed by the judge of the Special Court for Crimes against Women in Belo Horizonte   MSN

May I mention that there are no special courts for Crimes against men, for prison rape, Lorena Bobbitt dick slicing, false rape accusation victims,  birth control fraud, cuckolding child support fraud, or protection about indentured slavery of life time alimony enforced by debtor’s prison

who decided that the App Store and Google Play must not offer the application for download in Brazil, and who disallowed the social network Facebook to connect data of their users to the application, under punishment of BRL 10 000 per day for disobeying that order.MSN

The Brazilian constitution in article 5 IV allows freedom of expression but explicitly prohibits anonymity.MSN

The Brazilian constitution protects the inviolability of the image, honor, reputation and privacy of people and gives the right to sue for moral and material damages, when violated.

Human-Stupidity finds it offensive that one may not tell the truth while protected against retaliation, and understands that such laws hamper freedom of press and expression. Photographers can get sued for showing a person in unflattering poses while in public, and Google got sued by a man who vomited while Google Street view drove by.

On the other hand, we understand concerns about privacy. Imagine a happily married man like Tiger Woods would read 20 ratings on Lulu, about his sexual performance.

This breach of privacy would be very detrimental, and we actually would suggest the press to return to the old ethics code that kept John F. Kennedy’s trysts with Marilyn Monroe and other women out of public sight.  The opposite is happening, as Dominique Strauss-Kahn and Jörg Kachelmann found out, when falsely accused of rape. 

I believe Germany gives such privacy rights to individuals but exempts public persons like politicians from such legal protection.

EU to ban anti-feminist, racist, homophobic speech – urge former heads of state

 

Sophia Kuby, spokesman for European Dignity Watch, said the Framework betrays the essentially totalitarian mindset of significant elements within the European Union’s apparatus. The document, if adopted by the European Parliament, she said, “could lead to situations in which vague or unwarranted accusations are leveled against individuals and groups.”

    Take concrete action to combat intolerance, in particular with a view to eliminating racism,  colour bias, ethnic discrimination, religious intolerance, totalitarian ideologies, xenophobia, anti-Semitism, anti-feminism and homophobia. 4

    Political correctness dominates the United Nations and the European Union.  Hate speech laws went down the slippery slope from outlawing incitement of violence and lynching to hampering discussion and even academic research about race and iq, domestic violence, wage gap, immigration law.

     

    A prime example: it must be understood that demonstrations (in  exercise of freedom of assembly) need not be tolerated when they are likely to  degenerate into riots or infringe on the rights of others 4

    Unfortunately, this includes peaceful demonstrators that will create violent backlash counter-demonstrations. We are sure this will not be interpreted that Trayvon Martin or other Black rioters will be prevented from demonstrating. Not will violent feminists be constrained, but non-violent anti-feminists. After all, anti-feminists are criminalized by this law.

    Example s: tolerance does not denote acceptance of such practices as female circumcision,

    male circumcision is not only ok but required due to to mandatory tolerance for millennia-old religious mutilation in Jewish and Muslim holy rites

    forced marriage, polygamy

    polyandry is ok? And what is so terrible about polygamy that it needs to be outlawed at all costs and can not be left to local governments? Of course, the Muslims will oppose this

    or any form of exploitation or domination of women

    note that men can be exploited and dominated. For example by women and their family courts that reduce men to slave labor to provide life long comfortable income to women

    The Canadian Federation of Students (CFS) is the largest student organization in Canada, and the national coordinating body that oversees most of the Canadian student unions. There is no U.S. equivalent. In 2013, the CFS passed a resolution that prohibited either men’s issues or men’s rights groups or clubs on their affiliated Canadian campuses.  

    Discussing false rape [2] accusations, academic research about female domestic violence, suicide, shorter male life span, family court injustice, all that is illegal on Canadian Campuses

    University campuses are in the service of feminist indoctrination. There are un- and antiscientific women studies courses, with absolutely nothing about men’s problems.

    The real-life consequences? First, this Fall, your son or daughter is unlikely to even discover the option of these clubs—and therefore their ideas–because they will not be able to recruit students by setting up a recruiting table on campus. (Such clubs exist in only one major U.S. university—Montana State at Bozeman.) Second, if he or she does find one, it is likely to be ineffective because it cannot receive student activities fees to help fund its activities; and third, their club would receive no support in the promotion of its activities (e.g., creating posters). The cumulative effect? Your son would experience the group’s lack of legitimacy. Especially in your son or daughter’s first year, lack of legitimacy can be a potent force.     Lack of legitimacy, and total lack of funding and support are a serious problem.  Much worse is the legal terror of fines and imprisonment for non-violent speech of truth.

    Hate speech laws have become instruments of terror to silence legitimate non-violent discussion. We are back to the medieval times of Galileo Galilee: doubting political correctness or opposing feminist drivel is a punishable offense.

    While men must not even speak, women, and feminists can aggress with impunity.

    Even extreme violence, like Lorena Bobbitt is usually excused with battered woman syndrome.

    Impunity for violent criminal feminists, MRA charged $ 964 police protection fee at U of Toronto

    Men’s Rights Activists (MRA) have to pay $ 964 "security fee" for police protection against feminists who engage in criminal mischief to crash MRA events

    the Canadian Association for Equality has learned that the administration will force a mandatory $964 security fee on our allied campus group to cover costs of police they have deemed necessary next Friday. This means the event “Caring About University Men: Why We Need Campus Men’s Centres in a Time of Crisis, with Miles Groth” is currently in serious jeopardy.

    This is the culmination of Political Correctness Hate Speech Laws.  While speech can not be repressed with hate speech law, make it impossibly expensive. Blame the victim of violent demonstration,, make them pay for their right to free speech.

    The politically correct interpretation is different. Hate speech by the privileged patriarchy does not deserve free speech rights.

    .MRA, part of the patriarchy, are offensive to feminists, who represent the historically disadvantaged group "women".  So it is the MRA’s fault if the offended women feel compelled to act against them, blocking entrances, pushing, shoving, spitting at police. Or they feel compelled to even pull fire-alarms, in their justified despair and frustration about the offensive event /sarcasm

A UN committee disagrees, however, and has accused Germany of violating an anti-racism convention.

    An United Nations committee, empowered by an international treaty, DEMANDS Germany to take legal action against free speech of prominent dissident Thilo Sarrazin, a former Central Bank chief.

    Political correctness is installing a world wide dictatorship, undoing human liberties, civil and human rights dozens of generations of men fought to attain. This is a return to the middle age inquisition.

    A United Nations committee has reprimanded Germany in strong language, saying that the country had violated an international anti-racism convention.

    At issue are controversial statements made in 2009 by Thilo Sarrazin, a former finance senator for the city-state of Berlin, about Turks and Arabs, who he said sponged off the state and were incapable of integrating, among other things. But a complaint submitted to public prosecutors in Berlin was rejected on grounds that the comments were permissible under Germany’s freedom of expression law. An appeal to the decision was rejected as well.

    According to the UN’s Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD), however, this constituted a violation of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, because it failed to conduct an "effective investigation" into the matter.

    "This is a historic decision," said the TBB Turkish Union, the cultural organization that submitted the case to the committee, in a statement on Thursday. "CERD has determined that Mr. Sarrazin’s comments touch on a feeling of racist superiority or racial hatred and contain elements of incitement to racial discrimination."
