Yes! In a college gym with a women’s group shower,  I feel more like a woman, a Male to Female/MTF or transgender female,  lesbian female, of course.

Male to Female/MTF– a trans person who was assigned male sex (likely at birth), and now lives as a woman and has a feminine gender identity. This person may or may not have altered her physical body with surgery, hormones, or other modification (e.g., voice training, electrolysis, etc.). MTF is an abbreviation of “Male To Female”. Generally uses female pronouns (e.g., “she” or “her”) or gender neutral pronouns.

We will clarify our pronouns in a later post when we will require to be called “she”, “they”, “hir”, etc.

In the past, Google profited from hiring only the Best and Brightest and most Motivated.

However, portions of the memo violate our Code of Conduct and cross the line by advancing harmful gender stereotypes in our workplace. Our job is to build great products for users that make a difference in their lives. To suggest a group of our colleagues have traits that make them less biologically suited to that work is offensive and not OK. It is contrary to our basic values and our Code of Conduct, which expects “each Googler to do their utmost to create a workplace culture that is free of harassment, intimidation, bias and unlawful discrimination.”

Sexism? Though women constitute 50.8% of the US population, more than 3 times the number of men than women get arrested (FBI).  Women constitute 1.88% of persons on death row. Women get lower punishment for most crimes, thanks to the Pussy Pass.

Certainly, Eric Holder will now start an inquiry into the sexist practices of the Ferguson Police department. Though we could not find the Ferguson arrest statistics by gender, they are probably similar to the national statistics cited above. Did Megan Urry control her statistics for yearly working hours, life time interest in science, years experience, work invested in the proposal, IQ, math talent of the applying scientists?

We wager a bet that the average male physics proposal writer, more so a Ivy League department chair, did not flunk their first physics exams in college, like Megan Urry herself and was interested in physics since tender age of 6, unlike Megan Urry [4] and other female applicants. Megan Urry (of course) ignores even the possibility that male and female applicants might be intrinsically different in some way.  Larry Summers was a victim of telling such truth that there is a dearth of women in the top talent for science and math.

In spite of IQ tests having been manipulated to elevate female IQ to the same level as males [Wikipedia],   there are twice as many men with IQ over 150: Men: either very clever or really stupid [Wikipedia] because of greater male variance on IQ and most other traits.

Top performing boys outperform girls, world wide, Pisa researcher finds

More boys are among top performers, girls get more intermediate results. The Pisa Study (Program for International Student Assessment of the OECD) shows major gender sex differences in almost all countries. Why is this so?

In the new Pisa Test, boys achieve top results more frequently then girls. This is not valid only for Germany, but for almost all 44 participating countries.

If males have an advantage in anything, our feminist society feels compelled to fix this inequality.

"We must analyze, if we give boys and girls equal incentive for top performance", says Franceso Avvisati, one of the authors of the study.

Of course, inborn sex differences must not exist, by Political correctness dogma. There must be other reasons.

Among the best performing 15 year old Germans there are significantly more boys (60%) then girls (40%). In almost all participating countries, more boys then girls are top performers. Among the weakest students boys and girls are equally distributed. In general boys’ results show more variance, while girls tend to be more average performers. Study Author Avisati has seen this before, in earlier Pisa Studies about math and reading competency.

Different in countries like Sweden, Norway, and Finland, societies where men and women are quite equal: here equal numbers of girls and boys were found among the top performers. Avvisati presumes, that teachers have equal expectations of boys and girls, that they motivate girls differently

We dare to suggest the opposite, that in these countries’ feminized school system boys are disadvantaged and de-motivated.

A woman won the 2013 Asics LA Marathon ahead of all men, won $ 50000 gender challenge. What’s the catch?

 

In a surprising and inspiring race, a female first-time marathon runner won the 2013 LA Marathon.

2013 LA Marathon: Erick Mose finishes 2nd overall

Erick Mose of Kenya finished first in the men’s competition with a time of 2:09:43, outrunning his fellow countryman Julius Keter in the final mile of the the marathon. Aleksandra Duliba won the overall competition  Universalsports

One woman among the top 100 chess players. But 40% quotas in management and parliament?

Why would women be chanceless against men even in Chess, Snooker and Darts? It does not involve fighting skills, physical prowess.  The facts are clear, there are almost no women among the top players, even in these non-physical sports.

Judit Polgar, ranked #32, by far the strongest woman player with a score of 2710, never became woman’s world champion because she chose to only compete in men’s tournaments.  The second rated woman, with a score of 2605 is way below the # 100 ranked man with 2652 points. 

The Women’s World Chess Championship is played to determine the women’s world champion in chess. Like the World Chess Championship, it is administered by FIDE. Unlike most sports, women are able to compete against men in chess, and so some women do not compete for the women’s title. There are 2300 male Grand Masters and 22 female Grand Masters.

Maybe this patriarchal discrimination can be repaired by a quota system, by nominating 1500 women grand masters! All of Europe thinks this is a good system to get women into board rooms and political power 0 1 2.3, So why not do this in chess. We are sorry we can not restrain our sarcasm.

Women can not compete against men even in chess, snooker, go and darts. Top 10 women tennis players are chanceless against top 500 male players and can barely compete with male college players. Nevertheless women achieved equal pay for less play in Wimbledon and other top competitions.

Feminism, political correctness and the discredited and debunked blank slate theory interpret all natural, inborn differences as "discrimination" that needs to be corrected by affirmative action. Various countries enacted (or plan to enact) 30% to 50% quotas in parlament and for top executives. Under the guise of counteracting a long debunked "wage gap" such regulations and fear of "discrimination" law suits put women ahead of more qualified male competitors.  And of course there are no female quotas on death row, in prison, among the homeless to equalize the "glass bottom".
