Although a man who was 32 wasn’t breaking the law by having sex with a 17-year-old girl in 2008, he was by photographing the act, the Illinois Supreme Court ruled Thursday.

Marshall Hollins was convicted in Stephenson County of making child pornography and sentenced to 8 years in prison.

Is this not sad? It brings me to tears.

A good black man’s life destroyed, a girl’s boy friend taken away. All to protect her from "abuse".

Where is President Barack Obama. I know, if he had a son, it would be a street fighting thug like Trayvon Martin. Where are men’s rights activists?

Where are the feminists, for the girl’s rights to have a boy friend, and to have her pictures taken?

 

He admitted he had sex with the girl when she was 17, which is the age of sexual consent in Illinois.

In a 5-2 ruling, the high court said that although the law allows 17-year-olds to consent to sex, they are still minors, making photos or video of such sex child porn.

This is nothing new:

The two dissenting justices said that because the photos don’t show an illegal act, they shouldn’t be illegal.

The dissenting minority has a bit of decency and common sense.

‘There was nothing unlawful about the production of the photographs taken by defendant in this case because the sexual conduct between defendant and (the girl) was entirely legal,’ wrote Justice Anne Burke, who was joined by Justice Charles Freeman.

‘The photographs are therefore not child pornography as defined by the U.S. Supreme Court for purposes of the First Amendment.

Due to voodoo theory and falsified research about the child sex trauma myth (Rind Study), the US supreme court made an EXCEPTION to constitutional rights of the First Amendment.

In the above case, no "*child" has been harmed through an illegal act, so there should be no reason to make an exception to constitutional first amendment rights.

The legislative creep of feminists is ultimately going to embrace us all, it will not stop of its own accord, and it will require an army of angry young men to defeat it.  After 6 years, it’s evident to me now that I can never hope to attract here an army of angry young men, and the best I will get is a handful of ungrateful, creepy, aspie young men who are more of a burden than an asset.

I have to stress that the word " angry" does not mean we support or call for violence.

The other reason for my despair is the evident reality that Paul Elam and his co-bandits have effectively killed the men’s rights movement and turned it into a mirror version of that very same corrupt feminist financial industry that we have been fighting.  Now, turning the MRM into a donations industry is not in itself a bad thing, given that we face an enemy with a trillion dollars of financial backing.  But as I said, they have simply created a mirror version of feminism, and in their ‘equality of injustice’ stupidity, and desire for ‘liberal progressive rights’ legitimacy, have chosen to adopt the same values of feminism and applied them to men (and boys) unable to grasp (or rather to admit) that those values were chosen because they served feminists and women, not men and boys.

Thus the MHRM, although still doing some very good things for men, is now financing itself, and trying to legitimize itself, through the forced abusive victim labeling of even 17 year old boys who have sex with partners 5 years older than themselves (who in most cases would be other men). And hand in hand with that goes the validation of the entire feminist abuse industry that is behind the never ending legislative creep that now sees almost 2 million men in the USA and Europe on the sex offenders register, increasingly under undeniably insane feminist anti-sex laws and facing ever more draconian and degrading punishments, both in prison and after.

And the real violent forcible rapists hide behind the inumerous consensual sex offenders, Who had sex with women that enthusiasticaly consented but were a bit drunk, or 17 years old.

I don’t want to share in any responsibility for the forced mental anguish of millions of boys, based only upon feminist logic and self-interest, nor for the real violent anal rape of potentially millions of men under injust feminist laws accepted and validated by these frauds and traitors.  I want to be able to sleep at night, and I don’t want to go to hell.  My journey in the men’s rights movement over the last 6 years has been one of ever greater disillusionment, and maybe its time to admit that the road is going nowhere.

‘Anti-semitic’ comedian Dieudonné M’bala M’bala has his show cancelled in France after Nicolas Anelka’s inverted Nazi ..

The first stage of a Tour de France by the controversial stand-up comedian Dieudonné M’bala M’bala was banned on Tuesday as a threat to public order – igniting a legal and political row over censorship and free speech. Dieudonné’s show has been widely condemned as anti-semitic.

Politically correct speech codes and hate speech laws are creating medieval repression. It is hilarious that the victim of the censorship is Black, a protected class, and that the extreme right supports his rights to free speech.

Almost all 6,000 places for Thursday’s show in Nantes in western France had been sold at up to €43 a ticket before the local prefect, acting as chief of police, ordered the performance to be cancelled.

6000 people have voted with their wallet, and are prevented from seeing as show they want to see.

The censorship effort makes him famous, but if there is no place in France that he can do his shows, the fame is of little benefit.

PC madness: Steve Martin’s Lasonia joke offensive to Blacks

Someone wrote, "Is this how you spell lasonia?" to which Martin replied: "It depends. Are you in an African-American neighborhood or at an Italian restaurant." CNN

Calling attention to anything related to Blacks is un-PC. A no-no. You must not even mention Black neighborhoods or Black names, even in neutral ways. Even mentioning Black overwhelming superiority in the 100 meter dash can be offensive to Blacks. Never offensive to the inferior white runners.

"I knew of the name Lasonia. I did not make it up, nor do I find it funny. So to me the answer was either Lasonia (with a capital), or Lasagna, depending on what you meant. That they sounded alike in this rare and particular context struck me as funny. That was the joke," he wrote on his website.

 

Justine Sacco, who worked for IAC – a leading media company, caused an internet storm over the weekend after tweeting: "Going to Africa. Hope I don’t get AIDS. Just kidding. I’m white." Source

Justine Sacco was fired. Oversensitivity has no bounds. What is the big crime here? Have be gotten crazy? Returning to Steve Martin:

"When the tweet went out, I saw some negative comments and immediately deleted the tweet and apologized. I gathered the perception was that I was making fun of African American names."  CNN

Nowadays everyone is SENSITIVE to slightest innuendo. We have no serious life threatening problems, so we all minorities were trained to become OVERSENSITIVE.

The story didn’t stop there.

Martin said his tweet was picked up and quoted, inaccurately, by various outlets, including Salon CNN

PC loves to distort, lie, make things look worse then they were.

For example, in the George Zimmermann case, CBS cut the 911 call as to make Zimmerman sound racist. And the misleading photos of a 12 year old little Trayvon child and a Zimmermann in prison garb and 50 lbs. heavier. Or the lies about domestic violence or the Rind study.

"It depends. Are you in an African-American restaurant or at an Italian restaurant," Salon said Martin wrote, suggesting he meant to imply that African-American restaurants can’t spell "lasagna."

  1. Steve Martin did not say this. It is a lie, a false citation.
  2. what is the problem if someone thinks Blacks can not spell? Or if someone says so. Even if it were totally wrong?
  3. What makes it more offensive it that it is true. Race and iq debate is un-pc, verboten. In spite of half a century of head start and other efforts Blacks underperform in school, while Vietnamese, Chinese, Koreans, and Jews vastly outperform  Whites.

Barack Obama Sr. already had shown prior preference for jailbait. Kenyan age of consent for unmarried people is 16. Kezia, born 1940,  was 14 when 18 year old Barack Senior married  her in 1954, in exchange for a dowry of 14 cows.

Kezia had her first baby at age 18. Maybe conceived at age 17.

Anyone can do the math if Kezia Obama’s first child was conceived while the mother was still 17?

Had Barack Obama Senior been a US resident, it would have been a felony to fly to Kenya with the intent to have sex with an underage girl under 18.

We think it would behoove the US government to re-consider many age of consent, sexting, child porn laws, that put many men in prison for consensual sex with post pubertal adolescents.

Many men languish in prison for the same acts that the father of President Barack Obama committed: sex with adolescent jail bait.

Consider that Barack Obama, the President of the USA was likely conceived by an unmarried 17 year old woman. The president’s father, Barack Hussein Sr. also had a predilection for underage girls as young as 14, the age he married his first wife Kezia.

The fact that the President’s father was a clear bigamist, married to 2-3 women at the same time would suggest to pursue bigamist US citizens with more leniency.

Singapore fails to recognize human rights of rioters. Fantastic!

When will Paris and London follow Singapore’s example? So ordinary citizens in London and Paris are not exposed to three day long riots that burn down entire city blocks. We believe it is criminal omission, when armed police don’t interfere and instead watch rioters setting family businesses ablaze.

The riot on December 8, Singapore’s worst outbreak of violence in four decades, saw hundreds of South Asian workers go on a rampage that left 39 people, including police officers, injured and 25 vehicles damaged or burnt.

It was triggered after an Indian construction worker was hit by a bus and killed at a district known as Little India, where tens of thousands of South Asian labourers converge on weekends.  source

This is the problem. In civilized society we don’t riot because of a traffic accident. We civilized people don’t riot at all.

But any mishap that happens to Blacks justifies mayhem

Activists say the swift punishments being handed out contravene basic human rights.

Here is the problem. Human Rights encourage riots and violence.

Political correctness tells people that their misfortune, their unskilled job is never due to low intelligence, low effort, bad parents, or lack of impulse control (which leads to violent crime and rioting).

Rather we tell these menial workers that they could have become engineers, or bank managers, were it not for heinous discrimination.  Thus Political correctness dogma incites "justified" anger in people, against their repressors.

How to Kill your Husband! A Tutorial. (Susan Falls’ Licence to Kill) .

Australian court affirms licence to kill as Susan Falls, another "battered woman" walks free after execution-style murder of her husband

On 4th March 2006, Claire Margaret McDonald gasped and burst into tears as a Victorian Supreme Court jury found her not guilty of the execution style murder of her husband, Warren John McDonald.

Within days, Queensland woman, Susan Falls, having probably read the media reports of Heather McDonald’s stunning acquittal, decided to execute her allegedly abusive husband in the same fashion, in what prosecutors would describe as a cunning, calculated murder.

 

Women need to know how to exercise their rights to kill their husbands.

 

1) Inform yourself through case studies.

Learn from others. How did others kill their husbands? What did they do to get away with it?

    Make sure you do your killing in the right jurisdiction. Australia is excellent. You might consider murder tourism: Travel to a country that is most favorable to husband execution.

    Women can learn from other successful murderesses. A certain amount of intelligence and cunningness is needed to pull it off. Like everywhere in life, low IQ people get discriminated against and might actually have to do do time in prison.

     

    2) Think up stories how your husband abused you.

    Absolutely no proof is needed, You may invent anything you wish. Read journals, books, crime stories to fertilize your fantasy.

    The press, the jury they will lap it up. No matter how trivial (husband was unfaithful, in the case of Lorena Bobbitt) or absurd (Susan Fall’s Husband held a raffle to decide who he would kill). Your dead husband will not be around to contradict you. If he is still around (Nicole Ryan), the court  will not call the husband to ask him

    Of course, if you can provoke your husband enough so witnesses see him lose his temper, or if you can file an unfounded police report accusing him of domestic violence, that would make an even better defense.

    3) Kill your husband

    Kill your husband ten-fold. Stab him dozens of times with a butcher knife, shoot him many times point blank in the head. Hours later, shoot again. Don’t worry. Shooting your groggy, drugged, half dead husband once more is self defense.

    Only males are subject to normal self defense laws that require you to be in instant danger, with no other way out.

    As a woman you have the right to pre-meditate, plan, buy murder weapons, get accomplices, even invite the kids to watch you shooting dad.

    You can choose if you call police and tell the truth, of if you first dump the corpse and keep police busy trying to find a lost husband. Be creative!

     

    4) Cry tears. Keep repeating the abuse stories. Get a good lawyer

    You may never ever fail and falter for a second to be sure to avoid conviction. Crying tears of fear is the key.

    Here it is useful if you are really crazy and paranoid, if you really believe in the serious threat to your life.  If not, you must be  a good actress.

    Nobody will ask you why you did not simply walk out, take the kids, go to a woman’s shelter.  Not even after you drugged him into profound sleep. Or why you could not put up a camera to record the constant violence and then put him in jail. Battered woman syndrome theory did this all for you: It postulates that women (and only women) don’t see the simple non-violent exit, rather they see no other way out then to kill.

     

    5) Keep his money, all family assets, children.

    Your hard work will be rewarded. If you picked a good, hard working husband, your killing him will be rewarded with all his worldly goods.

    Courts also know that it for the good of the children to stay with the murderess of their father. Even if they were witnesses to the murder. The girls will be prepared to imitate their mother, once they get married.

    More women would kill their husbands, if they knew about the financial rewards.

    If your husband does not have many assets, get a divorce with life long alimony, enforced by debtor’s prison and thus avail yourself of a life long slave labor. A dead husband has no more income that courts can hand over to you. So instead of killing, you may be better off to accuse your of domestic violence and child abuse, get a restraining order and subsequent divorce.

     

    6) Earn further money through interviews and books.

    Other killers have to give the proceeds to relatives of their victims. Spouse killing gives you all his property, and you may keep the proceeds of any book deals. Make sure you always cry tears, repeat abuse stories over and over. Do not show glee and happiness about your successful crime.
