Diversity of European Cultures dooms the Euro. Greeks need to work like Germans, Dutch to spend like Italians for the Euro to function.

Train strikes in Italy

I was about to leave Italy, by train, when I was surprised by a country-wide railroad strike . Luckily I was near the France border and made it out on next day’s only train. That train happened to pass through a short stretch of French mountain villages and allowed me to continue the trip in France.

My European train trip prevented me from posting last month. And this strike made it clear to me why the common currency, the Euro, can not work.

This strike clearly showed to me what is wrong in Europe. Italians (Greeks,Spaniards, Portuguese) strike to prevent austerity even in the face of imminent bankruptcy. Germans (Austrians, Durch) traditionally accept austerity measures and voluntary restraint, just for stability’s and employment’s sake. German labor unions accept wage cuts, increased retirement age, while their southern counterparts fight teeth and nails for every possible advantage. It has always been this way.

The Italians don’t understand the Germans, and vice versa. In the Euro debt crisis, century-old incompatible cultures clash. Italy defines itself as connection to a person. Not the structure is relevant, but a personal relationship. The Italians know how to take advantage of the Germans (Anton Börner)

Europe’s amazing diversity of cultures and life styles is being threatened

Europe’s amazing diversity of cultures and life styles is being threatened by the Euro. Countries have vastly differing attitudes in hard working vs. relaxed life, ,workers unions’ strikes vs. self worker’s self restraint, sacrifice for the common good vs. self-interest.

Southern European countries’ inflationary tendencies, relaxed attitude towards work, punctuality, price stability were corrected by frequent devaluation of their currency. High interest rates (in their native currency) restrained tendencies to happy-go-lucky overspending.

Germany on the other hand has a hard working,population, willing to forego pay raises,and a very disciplined central bank. Historically, the German Mark regularly appreciated in value. Like the Swiss Franc, which is still appreciating against Euro and Dollar.

This has always been like this, and will not change drastically.

The Euro is an example of human stupidity. Politically correct thinking can not fathom that cultures have totally different life styles and attitudes which can not be tied to one single currency. Argentinia failed catastrophically afther they tied their currency to the dollar.

Germans need to spend more then the Italians and Spanish,. Greeks need to sacrifice and work more then the Germans.

The Child Sex Trauma Myth. #1: You must be a pedophile, if you defend child porn and pedophiles

We are not pedophiles. We have no interest in children or their indecent depictions.

We make extreme efforts to not run afoul of any law, not even by mistake or accident 1 2 3 .
We are interested in truth, free academic research, in protection and happiness for children 5.
We are against unnecessary witch hunts that demonize and imprison people with unnecessary rigor and that criminalize a huge percentage of the (male) population.

The biggest of all taboos: to research, study or discuss adult-child sexuality.

We have been warned. We will be called pedophiles. We may suffer vigilante action. We may suffer government prosecution. We should not mess with the topic adult-child sex.

Yes we are talking about real children under 12 years of age, not just 17 year old adolescent young adults, re-defined as "children" by feminist dogma and by the *United Nations.

The Rind Study serves as a warning: a prestigious, peer reviewed meta analysis, published in one of the most prestigious journals of the American Psychological Association: probably the only piece of peer reviewed academic research condemned by unanimous vote by both the United States Senate and Congress.

The authors’ stated goal was “…to address the question: In the population of persons with a history of CSA [child sexual abuse], does this experience cause intense psychological harm on a widespread basis for both genders?” Some of the authors’ more controversial conclusions were that child sexual abuse does not necessarily cause intense, pervasive harm to the child;[3] that the reason the current view of child sexual abuse was not substantiated by their empirical scrutiny was because the construct of CSA was questionably valid; and that the psychological damage caused by the abusive encounters depends on whether the encounter was consensual or not.  Wikipedia on Bruce Rind 

The US Senate and Congress have decided, once and for all, by dogmatic fiat: "child sexual abuse" is is extremely traumatic under all circumstances.  Academic research must not arrive at any different conclusions.

Such a shocking interference of religious and moral zealots with scientific truth has not happened since Galileo Galilei: a few centuries ago, the catholic church decreed the "scientific truth" that the sun revolves around the earth.

The Trauma Myth

Susan Clancy inadvertently stumbled over the unpopular truth, as published in

The Trauma Myth: The Truth About the Sexual Abuse of Children–and Its Aftermath .

All hell broke loose. I was bombarded with accusations that I was hurting victims even more than they already had been and that I was a friend of pedophiles. I was also vilified by many in my own scientific community. Some colleagues and graduate students stopped talking to me. A well-meaning professor told me to pick another research topic because I was going to rule myself out of a job in academia. Some felt my research had a political agenda, one biased against victims. I was invited to give a talk about my research at Cambridge Hospital—home of the tremendously influential sexual abuse treatment program Victims of Violence. No one from the program showed up. Clancy (pp. 77-78).

Researchers refuse to discuss issues in a seminar?! The most convinced adversaries never counter with true research, with true arguments?

This is the sad state of affairs. A dogma does not need to be discussed scientifically. The Bible has the definite answer. The US senate made the scientific decision.

And Human-Stupidity has the insanity to question and analyze the dogma.

  1. TruthWillSetYouFreeIf unbiased free academic research can show that 17 year olds get traumatized for life for having sex with older people, we will support age-of-consent laws.
  2. If the Rind study, and Susan Clancy can be proven wrong, by free unbiased academic research, we will support draconian decade-long punishments for all childhood sexuality. 
  3. We would stand corrected if the voodoo theory could be proven true, by free unbiased academic research: if it were proven that looking at photos of lightly clothed 15 year olds, downloaded for free from the internet does irreparable harm to the minors depicted. If that harm is so perverse that looking at the photos ruins the model’s life forever. And that downloading free photos truly stimulates the rape and abuse of innumerous children. Then we might agree that life in prison without parole is a proper punishment for possession of a few hundred photos, which are nothing else then 0’s and 1’s in files on a computer hard drive.

But against all odds, Milton Diamond, in peer reviewed research, proved the opposite: freely available child pornography reduces sex crimes against children, because many pedophiles can satisfy themselves merely by perusing pictures.

14 year old murdered 8, will kill 3 more when freed in 45 days. Liberal child protection law run amok in Brazil.

Brazil‘s ECA (Statute of children and adolescents law is an example for well meant liberal political correctness run amok. No matter how many horrendous crimes an under 18 year old commits, s/he will only be sent for educational measures of maximum 3 years, and will receive a clean police record after age 18.

The teenager accused of double murder in Marazion, was arrested provisionally and will be held for 45 days. After that date, if the process is not judged in a timely manner, he will be released.  Teen killer 

It is absolutely impossible to get a verdict in 45 days. The police inquiry alone takes longer. He already has accusations for other murders that still are in the phase of police inquiry. 

Now if he were judged and convicted, the most he could get is: 3 years of educational measures and his criminal past wiped clean after age 18 (or 2?).

Liberal political correctness is a crime against honest law abiding people. Imagine you contract a 21 year old after getting a clean police background check. But in reality he has killed half a dozen people, but his record has been wiped clean, as required by law!

French presidential election was decided by Nafissatou Diallo. And by feminist rape and harassment laws

Hollande had already declared he would run against Strauss-Kahn in the Socialist primary race last year when Strauss-Kahn’s political career was cut short by allegations he had assaulted and attempted to rape the New York hotel worker Nafissatou Diallo. Charges against Strauss-Kahn were eventually dropped, with prosecutors citing "substantial credibility issues" with the alleged victim. 1

Nafissatou Diallo had accused Dominique Strauss-Kahn of rape. Feminist pressure ahs dismantled due process specifically in rape accusations. So Dominique Strauss-Kahn was imprisoned upon a mere unproven and uncorroborated accusation. Were he a mere mortal without a million dollar dream team of lawyers, investigators, and bail payments, he probably would not have escaped and spend decades in prison. But still, his career was over. Thanks to this unproven accusation by Nafissatou Diallo, a proven liar and embezzler. Add to this some other accusations of improper and somewhat aggressive pursuit of women. Such harassment laws, also espoused by feminists, protect women from the terrible trauma of being pursued with too much zeal by men.

Were it not for Nafissatou Diallo, and feminist rape and harassment legislation, Strauss Kahn would have remained his party’s favorite and is likely to have been in the race and might have become French president. Dominique Strauss-Kahn’s arrest paved the way for a goal that had long eluded the political career of 57-year-old French Socialist François Hollande: to square off against President Nicolas Sarkozy in next month’s election. The international monetary fund got a different chief with different policy regarding the Euro. A hedge fund manager could have made Billions had he foreseen Strauss-Kahn‘s arrest and the subsequent fluctuations of the exchange rate.  Many powerful men have been marred and destroyed by women’s allegations.

Daughter awarded US$ 110,000 for father’s emotional neglect- Brazilian Supreme Court

The Brazilian Supreme court awarded US$ 110,000 of moral damages to a daughter who felt emotionally abandoned and felt treated as second class daughter by her father. The court dismissed the father’s defense that this emotional abandonment was caused by the mother’s aggressive behavior. Also the fact that paternity of the now adult daughter was only officially established recently.

Such legal liability is now in the process of being incorporated into the ECA statute of adolescent and children’s rights.

The intent of giving emotional support is noble. Human-Stupidity deplores the overcriminalization and total regulamentation of all aspects of human behavior under the threat of heavy civil liabilities.

Due to the importance of such decisions to Libertarians,  the men’s rights (and feminist) movement, we translated two newspaper articles in their entirety.

Translation: Superior Tribunal in Brazil orders father to pay compensation for emotional abandonment

SAO PAULO – The Third Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) ordered a father to pay R $ 200 thousand [US$ 110 000] to his daughter for "emotional distance". The decision is unprecedented. In 2005, the Fourth Chamber of the Supreme Court had rejected moral damages for emotional distance.

The case judged originates from São Paulo. The author of the case obtained judicial recognition of paternity and filed suit against the father because he had suffered material and emotional neglect during childhood and adolescence. The trial judge dismissed the petition and attributed the father’s distance to "aggressive behavior" of her mother towards the father. The woman appealed to the appeals court and said the father was "wealthy and prosperous." The Court of São Paulo (TJSP) reversed the judgment and set the compensation for R$ 415,000.

On appeal to the Supreme Court, the father argued that there was no abandonment, and even if he had done so, there would be illegal to be financially indemnified and the only possible punishment for failing with such obligations fathers would be the loss of family power.

Minister Nancy Andrighi , the of the court’s third chamber, however, understood that it is possible to demand compensation for moral damage caused by emotional abandonment by parents. "Love is optional, care is duty," she said in the sentence. For her, there is no reason to treat the damage to family relationships differently from other civil damages.

Young men raging with high testosterone levels make the bravest and most heroic fighters. The same hormones cause these soldiers to have high sex drives.

These war heroes, ready to die for their country, are taken overseas and kept away from women, confined among men, for months on end. Pent-up sexuality due to suchanti prostitution  policy may cause higher rates of harassment, date rape, forcible rape. Young immature soldiers may embark on premature marriages, whose consequences and failures will come to financially and emotionally haunt the men for the rest of their life. Heterosexual men might reluctantly engage in homosexuality just to relieve pressure, similar to prisons situations.

Women are now allowed in the armed forces. Harassment charges prevent soldiers from joking and bonding like they used to for millennia. Add to this the danger of date rape accusations or false rape charges and the low level of evidence needed to be convicted of rape.

All this might sap morale of troops, reduce fighting capacity and discourage army enrollment.

18 USC § 1384 prohibits American military to solicit prostitutes, Adult men, ready to die for their country,  but not allowed to take care of their pent up sexual urges. 1 year in prison for visiting a legal brothel and helping the local economy? High testosterone levels make men courageous fighters, and make them more sexual.

We don’t outlaw soldiers’ use of IPhones or Nike sneakers, under threat of imprisonment, just because there are some irregularities in their factories.

Instead, we try to solve the problem. We inspect companies, encourage them to engage in fair labor practices. Similarly we could encourage correct practices in prostitution.

  • Blackmailing of US personnel by foreign agents is less a danger when prostitution visits are legal. 1 year prison terms with dishonorable discharge make any soldier that ever visited a prostitute a potential target of blackmail. Even those who do not frequent prostitutes can be blcackmailed with threats of false accusations of prostitution. Any girl friend, any prostitute he did not hire can allege he offered or gave her money.
  • Health problems, VD can be controlled by information and careful sexual practices.
  • Sex trafficking is mostly a lie. Where it exists it can usually be fought by legalizing prostitution and work visas for willing qualified foreign prostitutes.

Unfortunately, the Antifeminist seems right again: the feminist sexual trade Union wants to raise the price of sex, so women can get the maximum benefit and commitment out of men, in exchange of sex and promise of sex.

All other arguments are phony excuses backed by exaggerated and falsified data. Remember Robert Kurzban about finding non-existent victims to justify our pre-conceived beliefs.

  • incite immature young men and adolescents to get married, with all the subsequent dangers of traumatic divorce, life-long wage slavery, alimony, child support
  • cause rape and serious date rape due to lack of sexual outlets and pent-up sexual frustration
  • (compare Milton Diamond‘s research on how legalized pornography reduces sex crimes)
  • cause heterosexual men in the military to seek homosexual relations, just like prisoners?
  • What are the psychological effects of reluctant homosexual acts on heterosexual men?
  • impact morale of the military and reduce fighting readiness
  • discourage men from enlisting for the military
  • encourage women to become gold diggers, to exploit the marriage, divorce and harassment industry to earn money, because their chances of openly and honestly charging money engaging in prostitution is curtailed?
  • Is there research how sex tourism, prostitution visits impact men’s well being, by measuring levels of life satisfaction, productivity, depression, serotonin.
  • How did soldiers’ vacations to Subic Bay, Angeles City and Bangkok brothels impact morale, well being and fighting reediness?

Anyone has information and links on Northern European countries sponsoring visits to prostitutes for social security recipients as a means for emotional health? There should be some research backing such policies.

72% of blacks, 31% non-blacks believe George Zimmermann is guilty(Gallup). Why the racial differences?

Blacks are much more likely than nonblacks to have an opinion about Zimmerman’s guilt. Overall, 72% of blacks say Zimmerman is definitely or probably guilty of a crime; 1% say he is not. Nonblacks also say Zimmerman is guilty, by 32% to 7%, but well over half of nonblacks say Zimmerman’s guilt is unclear from the available information.

Blacks are more certain about their opinions than are nonblacks. Blacks who say Zimmerman is guilty of a crime are significantly more likely to say he is definitely guilty than probably guilty, while nonblacks tilt more toward the "probably guilty" choice.

Additionally, 72% of blacks say racial bias was a major factor in the events that led up to the shooting death of Martin, with another 13% saying it was a minor factor. Nonblacks, on the other hand, are significantly less certain, with 31% saying racial bias was a major factor, 26% saying it was a minor factor, and 25% saying it was not a factor at all Gallup

Human-Stupidity Analysis: different attitudes by race (that doesn’t exist)

george-zimmermannAmazing how white and black Americans have totally different perception. The truth can only be one. And the same evidence is known to all. Are racist whites biased and unjustly anti-Black?

Or maybe Blacks (and Liberals) have been taught that Blacks are always victims and never responsible for any negative fate. Not for lower educational and financial attainment of Blacs, their higher criminality. There always is a white repressor to blame. "I am misbehaving and having bad school results because there was slavery in 1860". If it is possible to distort the scientific race and iq discussion, how much easier is it to get a distorted view of a criminal case. As a matter of fact, Whites hide and distort black criminal tendencies. So, if anything, Whites already are biased in favor of Blacks. Add to this the proven lower IQ of Blacks, which makes it more difficult to understand complex issues and see through Al Sharpton’s manipulations.

Of course, media manipulation, like selective editing of the 911 call to make Zimmermann look racist, using 4 year old photos of Trayvon when he was 12 and a mug shot of Zimmermann when he weight 50(?) lbs. more serves to get people up in arms against Zimmermann. To top it off,  spanish speaking and Peruvian Latino race Zimmermann is called a member of the evil white race.

Liberals and the biased manipulative press reports probably account for the 31% of non-blacks that believe Zimmermann is guilty. Gallup should also have reported if these 31% consist largely of people who don’t follow the news and thus are the less informed.

And yes, Human-Stupidity already mentioned valid issues on both sides: the cover-up of criminal thuggery of a son of a Sanford policeman, as well as media neglect of black on white assaults in that same city in the same time period.

We are just mentioning the tip of the iceberg, much more thorough analysis is needed.  Why do the races (which allegedly are socially constructed and don’t exist) have such clearly different opinion in the Trayvon Martin – George Zimmermann case, as in the OJ Simpson and Rodney King case.

In the Rodney King case we can see the tendency to assign human rights protection to a heavily drugged felon who endangered people in a reckless car chase and violently fought of police. In the Trayvon Martin case Human-Stupidity keeps pointing out that it is taken for granted that a black man can punch anyone for slight provocation such as following at a distance.

U.S. public opinion about the Trayvon Martin case in Florida reflects the same type of racial divide found in 1995 surveys asking about the murder trial of O.J. Simpson in Los Angeles. In one Gallup poll conducted Oct. 5-7, 1995, for example, 78% of blacks said the jury that found Simpson not guilty of murder made the right decision, while only 42% of whites agreed.

A US Black is 7 times as likely to kill a White, than a White to kill a Black

At the very beginning of his 911 call, Zimmerman tells the operator that there have been a lot of break-ins recently.  In fact, there were eight burglaries in the previous fifteen months.  Where the intruders were identified, most were young black males, including two who invaded the home of a young mother and tried to break into the bedroom she had locked herself into with her infant son.  This must have been a terrifying experience, but it was not of interest to the MSM.  Zimmerman met with the woman afterward.

Is Twin Lakes in Sanford an anomaly?

Like the 911 calls, Justice Department statistics are a click or two away. 

Between 1976 and 2005, African-Americans, 12.6% of the population in the last census, committed 52.2% of all homicides.

That is, over the 30-year period, African-Americans committed murder at about 7.33 times the white rate.  (Whites here include Hispanics.)

Of homicides committed by strangers, on average, 18.77% involved blacks killing whites, while in 5.08% of the cases, whites killed blacks.  African-Americans were therefore nearly 3.7 times more likely to kill a white than a white to kill a black

US Department of JusticeActually, it is worse if you look at the criminality of the individual person. There are about 5.6 times more Whites 72.4% then Blacks 12.6% . So very few blacks kill 3.7 times more whites then 5 times as many whites kill Blacks. Thus an individual Black is about 20 times as likely to kill a White then an individual White to kill a Black person.  And considering that Hispanic Whites commit a larger percentage of crime then non-Hispanic whites (63.7%) the numbers get even bigger compared to non-Hispanic Whites.

My math might be off. It looks like Blacks are “only” 7 times as likely to kill a White, compared to Whites killing Blacks (homicide tables). It would be interesting to find the table that separates the Hispanic and the non-Hispanic Whites.

So racial profiling is totally justified. Yes, Blacks kill Blacks too, and certainly honest reputable Blacks are afraid of adolescent gang toughs and probably strive to avoid and fear a group of Blacks more then a group of Whites.  In spite of alleged racism that would make Blacks fear Whites.
