But "males" are not a protected class. One can discriminate at will against men. So watch how the following headline looks much more acceptable. In our headline we just changed the word "male" for "black"

It is unusual that this is causing a firestorm. Because such policies have been in force everywhere. Including rules that fathers get accosted for photographing their own daughters or for shopping in little girls’ lingerie departments.

Responding to the Virgin Airlines misandry

We need to get across to anyone willing to listen that under the guise of protecting children, policies like this do terrible damage to them. When we institutionalize the notion that men aren’t fit to be around children, we do nothing but solidify eons-old gender stereotypes that keep men from assuming their proper roles as co-parents and that confine them to the workplace. And since someone has to take care of the children, that task will continue to fall to women, as it always has. No one benefits from this wrong-headed policy, least of all our kids.

It is well-known that while flying home on Virgin Australia from Brisbane in April, a 33-year-old man was forced to move his seat because he was sitting next to two boys he estimated to be aged between eight and ten, and it is against the airline’s policy for men to sit next to unaccompanied children. Women can stop rape! Don’t drink, don’t get raped! Simple.

A woman drinks alcohol at a party. She has sex with a man. The next day she wakes up and feels raped. Modern *rape laws agree that she was raped. She can get the man convicted for consented-to-sex-but-consent-was-invalid-due-to-alcohol rape. 1  2 3

Consensual date rape can is preventable and can be totally avoided.

  1. Either she might have consented, when sober, just as she consented when drunk. Sober consent would be valid (because she was totally sober). No-one else to blame but herself for having consented to the sex act. No rape would have happened.
  2. Or she would not have consented to sex, when sober, and the sex would not have happened. Thus no rape would have happened.
    1. If she insists on drinking, she could have an analogy to the "designated driver", a sober friend that has the instructions not to let her go home with anyone, rather to deliver her home safely. This can be easily enforced, the sober friend just can drop the message, to potential suitors, that she is unable to consent and any sexual act will be prosecuted as rape, to the fullest extent of the law.
    2. Does this sound confusing? Well, modern rape does not require the women to resist. It does not even require the woman to say "no". A woman that enthusiastically consents to sex, even a woman that takes initiative to have sex against a man’s wish, can be a rape victim if she was drunk (out of her own volition to drink) or if she is under the age of consent.

"Rape" was clearly defined for 2000 years, until re-definition 50 years ago

We should revert the feminist language abuse that confuses clear terms like *consent and creates such language monsters like "invalid consent rape",

Some of the 20 types of *rape are more difficult or impossible to eradicate. Forcible rape, which involves threat of true violence. Clear, explicit, true non-*consensual rape is harder to avoid. This confounding of forcible rape with other consensual forms of rape is an offense to victims of true forcible rape

We should scrap the patronizing laws that consider women un-empowered, not responsible for their own actions. So if a woman drinks, she still would be responsible for her actions. Unless if she could prove she was in a total stupor (which still is the consequence of very irresponsible behavior).

Raped men are responsible for child support

Or men whose sperm was stolen from a condom or from a sperm bank. Or when the woman "forgot" the pill on purpose or got impregnated by someone else. The man always pays child support. 

Women are not responsible for actions under their control (drinking, consenting when drunk). Men, on the other hand, are financially liable for pregnancies that arise out of none of their own fault but out of the pure fault of the woman.

Of course, in the above analysis, we resorted to logic, which is a patriarchic tool of female oppression by men.

Re-definition of the word "rape"

Discussions about rape have been obfuscated by feminist re-definition of the word "rape". "Rape" is not what it used to be.  So in discussion about rape, people usually think of real forcible rape-rape in the old sense of the word "rape". But force, or active clear non-consent have long ceased to be requirements to prove re-defined "rape".

Feminist re-definition has made our language totally confusing and changed the meaning of words like *child, *consent, sex, porn (copine scale), child porn and *rape.

Non-consensual date rape. Non-consensual forcible rape.

Not all types of *rape are totally preventable.  We will write about non-consensual rape or non-consensual date rape in another post.

French presidential election was decided by Nafissatou Diallo. And by feminist rape and harassment laws

Hollande had already declared he would run against Strauss-Kahn in the Socialist primary race last year when Strauss-Kahn’s political career was cut short by allegations he had assaulted and attempted to rape the New York hotel worker Nafissatou Diallo. Charges against Strauss-Kahn were eventually dropped, with prosecutors citing "substantial credibility issues" with the alleged victim. 1

Nafissatou Diallo had accused Dominique Strauss-Kahn of rape. Feminist pressure ahs dismantled due process specifically in rape accusations. So Dominique Strauss-Kahn was imprisoned upon a mere unproven and uncorroborated accusation. Were he a mere mortal without a million dollar dream team of lawyers, investigators, and bail payments, he probably would not have escaped and spend decades in prison. But still, his career was over. Thanks to this unproven accusation by Nafissatou Diallo, a proven liar and embezzler. Add to this some other accusations of improper and somewhat aggressive pursuit of women. Such harassment laws, also espoused by feminists, protect women from the terrible trauma of being pursued with too much zeal by men.

Dominique Strauss-Kahn’s arrest paved the way for a goal that had long eluded the political career of 57-year-old French Socialist François Hollande: to square off against President Nicolas Sarkozy in next month’s election. The international monetary fund got a different chief with different policy regarding the Euro. A hedge fund manager could have made Billions had he foreseen Strauss-Kahn‘s arrest and the subsequent fluctuations of the exchange rate.  Many powerful men have been marred and destroyed by women’s allegations.

Daughter awarded US$ 110,000 for father’s emotional neglect- Brazilian Supreme Court

The Brazilian Supreme court awarded US$ 110,000 of moral damages to a daughter who felt emotionally abandoned and felt treated as second class daughter by her father. The court dismissed the father’s defense that this emotional abandonment was caused by the mother’s aggressive behavior. Also the fact that paternity of the now adult daughter was only officially established recently.

Such legal liability is now in the process of being incorporated into the ECA statute of adolescent and children’s rights.

The intent of giving emotional support is noble. Human-Stupidity deplores the overcriminalization and total regulamentation of all aspects of human behavior under the threat of heavy civil liabilities.

Due to the importance of such decisions to Libertarians,  the men’s rights (and feminist) movement, we translated two newspaper articles in their entirety.

SAO PAULO – The Third Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) ordered a father to pay R $ 200 thousand [US$ 110 000] to his daughter for "emotional distance". The decision is unprecedented. In 2005, the Fourth Chamber of the Supreme Court had rejected moral damages for emotional distance.

The case judged originates from São Paulo. The author of the case obtained judicial recognition of paternity and filed suit against the father because he had suffered material and emotional neglect during childhood and adolescence. The trial judge dismissed the petition and attributed the father’s distance to "aggressive behavior" of her mother towards the father. The woman appealed to the appeals court and said the father was "wealthy and prosperous." The Court of São Paulo (TJSP) reversed the judgment and set the compensation for R$ 415,000.

On appeal to the Supreme Court, the father argued that there was no abandonment, and even if he had done so, there would be illegal to be financially indemnified and the only possible punishment for failing with such obligations fathers would be the loss of family power.

Minister Nancy Andrighi , the of the court’s third chamber, however, understood that it is possible to demand compensation for moral damage caused by emotional abandonment by parents. "Love is optional, care is duty," she said in the sentence. For her, there is no reason to treat the damage to family relationships differently from other civil damages.

These war heroes, ready to die for their country, are taken overseas and kept away from women, confined among men, for months on end. Pent-up sexuality due to suchanti prostitution  policy may cause higher rates of harassment, date rape, forcible rape. Young immature soldiers may embark on premature marriages, whose consequences and failures will come to financially and emotionally haunt the men for the rest of their life. Heterosexual men might reluctantly engage in homosexuality just to relieve pressure, similar to prisons situations.

Women are now allowed in the armed forces. Harassment charges prevent soldiers from joking and bonding like they used to for millennia. Add to this the danger of date rape accusations or false rape charges and the low level of evidence needed to be convicted of rape.

All this might sap morale of troops, reduce fighting capacity and discourage army enrollment.

Instead, we try to solve the problem. We inspect companies, encourage them to engage in fair labor practices. Similarly we could encourage correct practices in prostitution.

  • Blackmailing of US personnel by foreign agents is less a danger when prostitution visits are legal. 1 year prison terms with dishonorable discharge make any soldier that ever visited a prostitute a potential target of blackmail. Even those who do not frequent prostitutes can be blcackmailed with threats of false accusations of prostitution. Any girl friend, any prostitute he did not hire can allege he offered or gave her money.
  • Health problems, VD can be controlled by information and careful sexual practices.
  • Sex trafficking is mostly a lie. Where it exists it can usually be fought by legalizing prostitution and work visas for willing qualified foreign prostitutes.

Unfortunately, the Antifeminist seems right again: the feminist sexual trade Union wants to raise the price of sex, so women can get the maximum benefit and commitment out of men, in exchange of sex and promise of sex.

All other arguments are phony excuses backed by exaggerated and falsified data. Remember Robert Kurzban about finding non-existent victims to justify our pre-conceived beliefs.

  • cause heterosexual men in the military to seek homosexual relations, just like prisoners?

Only 1% Michelin starred restaurants have women chefs: discrimination? or women can’t cook?

michelin-europeOne woman among the finest 106 three star restaurant chefs. Anne Sophie Pic was groomed by both a 3 star father and grandfather. Only 10 women overall earned stars, among approximately 2500 Michelin starred restaurants.

Glass ceiling in cooking?

Are women prevented from cooking? Prevented from opening their own restaurant to make it to fame?  Or does Michelin’s female director discriminate against women in their rating?  How does the evil patriarchy prevent women from becoming a top cook?

Most woman in the world, but not many men, learn how to cook. So it can not be for lack of female practitioners. It is alleged, but in no way proven, that dearth of female practitioners is the cause of lack of female success in chess, snooker, darts. In tennis the reason is probably the lack of athletic prowess in women, which does not prevent women from earing more in Wimbledon tennis, and for getting promoted as firemen (ahem firefighters) with equal pay in spite of lowered standards in physical fitness which hampers woman’s capacity to lug victims out of harm’s way.

Anyone who can name a field where women out-do men in the very top echelon, please speak up in the comment section.

The Michelin guide selects the best kitchen chefs, the best cooks in the world.

The guide awards one to three stars to a small number of restaurants of outstanding quality. One star indicates a "very good cuisine in its category", a two-star ranking represents "excellent cuisine, worth a detour," and three stars are awarded to restaurants offering "exceptional cuisine, worth a special journey". foodWomen are actually moving up, from total insignificance to a scant percent. This improvement could be due to some affirmative action or rating biased in favor of women. Or do modern women work harder, work like men? (See Warren Farrell).

But women began to challenge male dominance in the industry with a record 10 female head chefs at starred restaurants, up from six last year.

The guide’s editor, Derek Bulmer, said: "For the first time we are seeing women reach the top jobs in starred restaurants. Ten years ago we would not have seen this.

"If it continues at the same rate it’s no longer going to be the male dominated industry that it traditionally has been."

Male variance is greater

Evolution equipped men with larger variance on almost all traits like intelligence and math ability 2 3 4.  This is due to the fact that in the EEA almost all women, but only the top men procreated and had offspring. So men (red curve in graph) take greater risks and are thus over-represented on the top (CEO, Nobel prize, world champions, and top cooks) and on the bottom (homeless, retarded, criminal). Compared to women (blue curve) that cluster towards the middle.

This is why quotas on the top are inherently unjust, in spite of the world’s politicians having been brain washed by feminist ideology. Interestingly, even in Norway, where women have mandatory 40% quotas on company boards, these board elect CEOs that are mostly male.

Brazilian congress plans heavy fines to companies whenever a woman gets paid less then a man

Even in countries with Latin machismo like Brazil, feminism is almost unopposedly changing laws to unjustly benefit women at the detriment of men. They even have slut walks in Brazil on 4th of July in São Paulo.

The Brazilian congress is examining the bill 6.393/2009. If passed into law, companies will be fined retroactively every time a woman earning less than a man. The fine is five times the pay difference observed throughout the entire employment period.
The retroactive effect is one of the absurdities that inhabit that bill. Another is the direction of the fine to the affected employee. […]And the men? What will they say this measure? This is the opinion of a reasonable blogger, published in today’s newspaper "O Globo". . He worries that companies lose discretion to reward performance and differentiate pay. Probably, he thinks, the result will be that nobody gets a raise, everyone gets the base salary for his profession. So nobody can feel discriminated against.

Our tribute is for women to be placed increasingly on the labor market, with the certainty of having the same rights, "he said.

Snooker: no woman in the top 30. Do we need quotas for women?

  Women’s snooker has always been a contentious subject; the sad fact that there has never been a woman player ranked in the top thirty two seems to prove the general view that “snooker is not there game”. This is a nice way of saying “women can’t play snooker”.

         There have been many and various reasons given as to why women can not match the men in this field of sport. The first reason is the ratio of male players to female players in all tournaments; in fact it is the only sound reason known but still partly an excuse, there has to be an obvious or simple explanation.

        Woman competitors in tennis, golf, cricket, athletics; all concede they are inferior to men (in strength) by accepting a rules change for there benefit, but in snooker there is no strength advantage, nor is there any reason for a condescending rule to make lady snooker players feel inferior.^

No woman in the top 30 in snooker? As we know, gender is socially constructed. There is no reason why women would perform worse at snooker then men. Therefore, to right past injustice, the blatant discrimination by the patriarchy, women should get quotas in the top 30 snooker rankings.

But what most prevents women from reaching the boardroom, say bosses and headhunters, is lack of hands-on experience of a firm’s core business. In sports like Tennis, chess, snooker there are objective criteria of a person’s performance. So it is ridiculous to demand to force women into the top 30 ranks, if they objectively don’t fulfill the requirements.

It does not matter why! Be it for innate deficiencies, be it for lack of interest, lack of breadth of the player basis. It does not matter, they don’t perform and thus deservedly are not in the top 30. In chess, there is only one woman in the top 100. In Tennis women painstakingly avoid competing against men, except against aging ex-champions.

In top management there are no such unassailably objective criteria, and thus it is not possible to prove beyond reasonable doubt if women are put into these jobs unjustly. Though Warren Farrell made a pretty strong point towards explaining why women deservedly rarely make it into the best paid top positions.
